We dined on a Tuesday night and it was quite full of patrons. Even tho they were busy, our waiter was still able to check back with us several times. He was very pleasant and nice. I always have a good experience at this restaurant and will return again to celebrate our special occasions.

We were lucky to get a reservation on Saturday of Mothers Day weekend. Great service and delicious food. Would definitely come back Only thing was dining room was quite crowded and somewhat noisy but I’m sure it was because of the Mothers Day holiday.

Our waiter, Chase, has taken care of us on several visits and has always added to our dining experience. He’s attentive without being intrusive and is great at pleasant conversation. He’s a big reason we have returned time and again. The cuisine never disappoints and the hostesses are efficient and caring. 10+

Had the burger of the month in the bar -- it was huge, juicy and tasty, although the brioche bun was pretty well charred. The fries were fantastic -- fresh/hot, crispy, great flavor, too. Also had the wedge bites -- really crisp, refreshing, light salad with shrimp. My wife had the sea bass with bok choy in a broth, which loved -- the fish was so fresh and meaty, but still tender -- one of the best sea basses she ever had. The carrot cake for dessert was pretty good, too.

Morton's is our go-to steak house in Honolulu for nearly 20 years, and it's always a pleasure to go there. The staff is so friendly and efficient and they always make you feel special. Almost everything on the menu is delicious. My wife and I normally split a salad, 12 ounce filet and dessert, and add a couple side dishes and a seafood appetizer. It's more than we can eat, so we have the leftovers at lunch the next day. Morton's filets are juicy, tender and lightly seasoned. The mushrooms with spinach in a lightly buttered juices works perfectly with the steak. The ambience is very nice with comfortable seating and white tablecloths.

Morton’s continues to deliver old-school good service. They get all the details right, and aim to please without all the exaggerated gesturing that a lot of newer places do. Food and drink was excellent and pricing was not unreasonable. In my humble opinion, they still get 5 stars.

I always plan a “Dinner and a Show” when there’s a favorite artist is scheduled to perform at either the BLAISDALE ARENA or The CONCERT HALL and this event featured 70’s icon JAMES TAYLOR. It always requires that I plan with some precision so as not to miss being able to find “parking” at the C&C Parking Lot adjacent to the BLAISDALE and enough time to enjoy a leisurely dine in meal at MORTONS. Known for its fine dining and attention to providing a deliberately paced delivery of your food. Typically a fine meal will last two hours. First thing is to reserve and purchase a TICKET for the show - after that a reservation for a “2” hour fine dining at MORTONS. I will normally order first a special “Appetizer”, followed perhaps with a “Soup or Salad”. Next comes the “Entre’e’” cooked to a specific “doneness” and usually paired with a second entree. And if there’s time a special Dessert, Cappuccino and or MORTONS Coffee. Closing out my bill I will always be as generous and appreciative of the level of “service” I received and the exactness of how my meal was prepared. And should I be fortunate to have one of my favorite waiters who knows my every requirements and delivers I am always grateful and generous with my compliments. Over the years MORTONS has remained my “GO-TO” dinning experience.

ステーキはもちろん、前菜もサラダも全てが素晴らしかった。特にクラブケーキは絶品😋 サーバーさんもとても親切で私たちの拙い英語を一生懸命聞いてくださいました。間違いなく素敵なディナーになります。入口のエスカレーターはとても探すのが難しいです。これから行かれる方は、アラモアナセンターのオールドネイビーを目印になさってください。

Wonderful meal! Wonderful server! Only small criticism would be that there was a just little more delay in between pupus/soup and the main meal than should have been. It was packed in there so we knew the kitchen was stressing.

30 minutes to be approached be waiter. Given so many copies of the bill; I signed one and was later challenged by the waiter for not leaving a tip. I had left a very generous (undeserved) tip in the copy I signed. This was a very disappointing dinner.

We were a party of 16 celebrities our friends birthday and we had the best experience at Morton’s. The drinks, appetizers, food, & service were amazing. They even put Happy 26th Birthday and her name on the menu and happy birthday confetti on the table. She loved it. Thank you to everyone at Morton’s who made this birthday dinner a special one for us.

Great service with Eduardo and Co. Been coming here for the past 13 years. Multiple times a year. Always celebrate occasions here. The Gem of food services. If you haven't been here, you should visit one night. Classical service and attention to detail. Be expected to spend $200+ for a couple. Especially if you order appetizers, drinks & dessert 🍨

We were celebrating my birthday, and had an enjoyable, memorable dinner. Our waiter, Leonard, was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and above all, professional. The two of us shared a caprese salad, a dry-aged ribeye, enhanced with bacon-wrapped scallops, with sides of smoked gouda & bacon au gratin potatoes and sauteed spinach & button mushrooms. Plenty of yummy food! The complimentary chocolate lava cake with ice cream was the perfect way to end the meal!

Another wonderful dinner at Morton's. Restaurant was very lively, but quiet. My wife and I were here for our joint birthday dinner. The steak and seafood special was delicious, so much food that we split it and added an extra half salad and side dish. The desserts here are all outstanding -- especially the bread pudding and molten chocolate cake, each comes with vanilla ice cream - so good! Loaf of onion bread and lightly seasoned filet were both very tasty. Staff took our picture to commemorate the evening and we each received a free dessert for our birthdays.

Overall good experience. Better than the other major national steakhouse chain I dined at recently. The bacon steak at this location is better than the bacon steak we had at Morton’s Anaheim location. More pieces too. I do like how it’s in Ala Moana shopping center. Plentiful free parking. Would return to this location.

From start to finish, attention to detail by all staff members is amazing. They make sure you feel attended to & go above & beyond what I would expect at a restaurant. The food was excellent - highly recommend the lobster bisque, ceasar salad, filet Oscar cooked to medium rare & finishing with the hot chocolate cake - it was a perfect birthday dinner out!

Excellent food. Ordered the filet and the chicken Christopher, a Caesar saiad, truffle fries and onion and mushrooms. Everything was excellent! Service was five star. Very impressed.

Went to Morton’s for our anniversary dinner. It’s been quite some time since we’ve gone there. They were quite busy but we were seated immediately upon arrival. Our waiter was Chance. He was very helpful. We had oysters Rockefeller for appetizers and both their California Cabernet & global wine samplers. We like to try different wines & this gave us the opportunity to try six new wines. We both went with the Cajun prime ribeye for our entrees. For our sides, we had truffle matchstick fries and sautéed Brussels sprouts. Dessert was bananas Foster cheesecake and key lime pie. The food was great and Chance provided excellent service.
