We are regular Morton’s customers and we can depend on the food being delish and enjoy spending our special occasions there🥰 unfortunately we decided to go for Mother’s Day. We were seated upon arrival and were quite comfortable when the hostess told us we needed to get up and move to another table 😑 when we were reseated the table was uncomfortable and not in a nice area. So pretty much we got downgraded for no reason. The only saving grace was that our waitress was amazing - Alex you made up for the bad table experience with your impeccable service. .

Service took longer than expected to get things started but overall once we were finally given a waiter the service was great. They got the food mixed up a couple of times and forgot food we ordered but it was ok due to it being a busy day. They had a young server help who dropped food on my son but it was ok and the wait staff was sorry.

Ambient too noisy, impossible to talk with people on the opposite side of the table. Price ridiculously expensive. Wine cost too expensive, more than 3 times the market price. Good food.

We decided to celebrate my B-day there with a steak dinner. Table was pre-set for me with decorations. Appreciated that. Oysters were phenomenal. Had the Rib-eye and one of the best steaks we have had in awhile. Servers were friendly and attentive. Overall we give it an A+. We will definitely be back again.

My hubby and I celebrated our 16th anniversary last night and Morton’s did not disappoint. We made reservations a few hours before our arrival but they made us feel as if they had been waiting for us all day. Our table was decorated for our celebration. Our server Becca was a pleasure and made great recommendation. Started with a chopped salad and a crab cake. Both delish. Then proceeded with filet mignon with a truffle butter sauce accompanied with a lobster tail. if you’ve never had the truffle sauce- a must!! Our sides were the smokes Gouda and bacon au gratin potatoes with the creamy corn. Again you can’t go wrong with those choices. To finish up the night we shared a chocolate molten cake. Cooked to perfection. Service was great and food was delish. Although it was crowded we felt like we were alone enjoying our celebration.

From the minute we arrived Morton's was top notch is all regards. Our booth was ready within a couple of minutes. Our waitress Hannah was polite, greeted us with a Happy Anniversary and fully explained the menu specials. The quality of the food was exceptional. Absolutely could not have been better. And the anniversary dessert was a very nice touch. End to end all was perfect.

Waiter started off great but was less present as the meal went on. To his defense he had a large table that split bill into 5. Food was great, pricing is outrageous.

Service was not up to standard. Had to wait for an hour for our entree. Couldn't get water refilled and waitress didn't come check on us on a regular basis. Even had to wait for our check and then was overcharged. Food was delicious.

I have been here before and had a wonderful experience. BUT…this time we felt like sardines in a can. No room to move, so close to other tables the back of chairs hit each other, who wants to hear other tables conversations, I felt like I was in a military chow hall so close. I also needed a seventh seat but could not get it due to the swamped restaurant. Service was a little slow, salad order missing for one of our guests. This is what happens when you max out your restaurant and overload your staff. This experience was so uncomfortable. $$$$ should be $$

When we got there, the party that was supposed to join us was a little late due to a traffic accident. Morton’s held the reservation until 5 PM, so while waiting, we were able to sit in the bar and have appetizers and a drink until the other couple to arrive. When they arrived, we were seated without incident. Everyone, from the hostesses, to bar service, to the dining room server were all hospitable, kind, and friendly. We were having dinner before going to a comedy show, was a great evening out!

Morton’s is one of my favorite places to get a good steak. Tonight unfortunately was an off night for the kitchen crew. The steaks were cooked to the wrong temperature and overly salty and my chopped salad was difficult to get to the table because of mishaps. The bacon steak was tender and quite delicious. Our server, Christy was very apologetic and attentive throughout and conveyed the missteps to her manager, Rob who tried to make things right. I will not hold this one off experience against them.

Morton’s never disappoints! We love to celebrate birthdays here because they are so kind and the food and service is excellent! They take the time to make the celebrant feel special with printed menus and special dessert surprise. But the steak is delicious with the best cuts of meat. We love going here!

Megan the manager was very accommodating and made sure we were seated at a great table. Service was excellent with Eli, he was attentive, personable, and allowed us to dine at our own pace without feeling rushed. The food was great and cooked to perfection. Will be returning again.

Food was good. Our waiter did forget to bring the wedge salad out to me, restaurant was busy, we had the steak and lobster and fully loaded mash potatoes, Lava cake as well.

The cocktails were great, service was top notch, but the steak was disappointing. I’ve had better at an Outback Steakhouse. The steak flavor tasted like it was smoked. I couldn’t appreciate the flavor of the meat, a dry aged ribeye. I have eaten at this location 2-3 times and always had a good experience. This one has me questioning if I should return. I went to Ruth’s Chris a few night earlier and had an A+ experience. The rest of my meal was great. But based on this experience I would not return.

Me and wife went there for our anniversary and our waitress was excellent she made sure that we were satisfied even though we weren’t happy with one of the entrees. There were things that I expected to be on the menu that wasn’t so I was a little disappointed with my alternative, so that aspect of my evening wasn’t as fulfilled but the atmosphere was just right for enjoy stimulating conversation. Overall good, but in terms of value this time it was not in line.

While in Anaheim for a convention there are limited options where you can have a good & descent business dinner. Morton's, though a chain, always a guarantee of good steaks, drinks & overall service. I made reservations months in advance, so I recomend to get a res ahead of time (during tradeshows or conventions).

Unfortunately nothing to write home about. I feel like these corporate owned steak houses are taking a turn for the worse. We had a gift card so here we are. The lobster bisque was good. The Cesar salad was watery. Lamp chops ok, steak good. The ice cream dessert was topped with a non-dairy whipped topping and was huge. Too big in my opinion. Why can’t they use whipped cream from an aerosol can? Blah.

At arrival, we were asked to wait about 15 minutes to be seated when we had a reservation and plenty of empty tables. We were finally seated and greated by a polite waiter. It took about 15 minutes for tte bread and butter. The food we ordered came out in a timely manner. My girlfriend asked for a drink before we finished our dinner and it never came out. We waited a good 20 minutes after we finished our dinner and still nothing. The waiter was polite and respectful, but besides that, the service just wasn’t what it is supposed to be. Very disappointed

Took my husband there for his 50th birthday. Overall the experience was well worth it. The me yes were printed with happy 50th birthday. Very nice touch. Service was great food was great, prices were ok but you are paying for quality meal. Overall a 4/5

Waiter was not stopping to joke. Brought twice a wrong bottle of wine. Told that the difference would not be noticeable and, thus, would not matter at all. Very colloquial language. Professionalism more than questionable. Table was unstable and wobbled. Ambience noise was so loud that it was almost impossible to talk to the opposite side of the table. Quite unpleasant situation for a business dinner.

Service was slow. Food ordered was delivered to the wrong people. Waiter poured one variety of red wine into my glass that still had a different variety. Waiter poured freshly uncorked wine into glasses without sample test to see if it was good. Waiter overfilled water spilling onto table. Food was excellent.
