We were celebrating our 43 anniversary, and had expected to have a quite romantic dinner. However, there were many young children and families surrounding us, so needless to say it was not quite the experience we had hoped for especially at $100/pp for dinner. The highlight was the 3 year old who puked on the floor right next to our table.

I brought my mom for her birthday and she loved it! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was wonderful! My mother said she’s never had a better supper.

It always amazes me how rude diners can be. Coughing continuously, blowing their noses… at their table! At a fine dining restaurant!! People: EXCUSE YOURSELVES TO THE BATHROOM! Morrie’s was terrific. Finer dining without being too snooty. Perhaps this is why there were children running about unattended and full grown adults hacking up lungs at the table behind us? I probably won’t go back. Not because of the staff or food- I just loathe rude diners when my plate is over $100/person. But, that’s Sioux Falls in 2024. Perhaps it is ANYWHERE 2024?

I took my wife and son out for a very special dinner to celebrate Mother's day and a successful school year for my son. Everything was very good until the most important part of the dining experience, and that was when the steaks came. What I ordered, paid for and expected was a nice round thick 8 ounce filet mignon cooked red al the way through. What I got was a very badly cut horrible looking piece of meat that was way over cooked. It wasn't even pink anymore. The worst steak I've ever had. I am a former Prime Promoter of the Year with the South Dakota Beef Industry Council, so I'm a little insulted with the steak I got. After cutting into it and before taking a bite, I pointed it out to our waitress. She took one look at it, didn't say a word and ran away and she never came back until it was time for the check. She said she saw I got a bad steak and she would take the onion rings off my bill. I didn't go out for a $200+ meal just to get some free onion rings, I went for a good steak. I have always recommended this place, but now I question returning.

Shrimp and Tuna Tartare were amazing. Salmon for mother's day ok. Onion soup is so good. The meat cuts, so good, but Vegetables were burned so we didn't eat them. Service was ok. Manager's great wine suggestion. When we arrived they made us wait like 20 min even with reservation. In general it is a very good experience.

The Fillet was the best we have ever had! We had mashed potatoes as a side and they tasted different than any we have ever had. Sooo good! The cocoanut shrimp in chili lime sauce was fantastic! Big shrimp and very tender! We had the Mother's Day cake which was a strawberry cake with a cheesecake layer on top and then frosting and whipped creme! Out of this world! Laurie was our waitress and she was very friendly and helpful! A relaxing place and a real treat!
