Moro is the heartbeat of Habitas Tulum. More than just a restaurant, it is a gathering space for our family—morning, noon or night. It’s here we come together with sand between our toes, under the shade of the trees, to catch up and share our stories.⁠ Situated just feet from the Caribbean Sea, our dining experience takes inspiration from the raw beauty of nature.

Our culinary philosophy is rooted in the quality and preparation of our local ingredients. Over the years, we’ve built meaningful relationships with regional farms and suppliers to ensure the highest-quality ingredients for our seasonal menus. Our unique dishes are prepared using wood fire techniques and offer surprising, rich flavors that echo regional and Latin cuisines with touches of Middle Eastern inspiration.

Delicious meal with a view of the ocean. The staff were very accommodating of me even when I came at the tail end of lunch, because I thought it was dinner haha. Super friendly. Loved the banana dessert….give it a try for a fun surprise :)

Great ambiance and vibes, dinner party! Fun Greek atmosphere. Food is really good, but not 10/10. Order slowly and enjoy the night. Service is excellent. Much better than Rosanegra.

It’s far too dark. You can’t see anything, I like restaurants with dim lights but not too dark you can’t see even what you are eating. It also has either big tables or seating on the floor which is not comfortable, only a few tables for 2 or 4. The food was ok but all ours came stone cold, but waited so long we just ate it. Wouldn’t go back.

Éramos los únicos clientes del lugar y aún así el servicio fue lento, el mesero olvidó traernos un vaso y se lo tuvimos que recordar. No tenían disponible uno de los platos de comida que pedimos, la entrada fue muy buena, los platos fuertes solo cumplieron. No entregaron un ticket impreso de la cuenta solo te enseñan una pantalla de una tableta. Te cargan el servicio de manera obligatoria en la cuenta y con el servicio que recibimos no lo consideramos justo. Con tanta oferta en Tulum fue para probar y no repetir.

We initially only booked Moro for dinner but it was so amazing we came back for lunch next day too. After exploring multiple places, Moro has the ultimate child’s Tulum vibes. We loved our waiter Hilberto. As group of 8 eating there twice we ordered pretty much everything off the menu and every dish was a hit. The drinks were amazing! We’d come back for sure.

We went and a had a bit of difficulty finding it but realized that they were cebrating earth hour so the electricity was off. It was lit throughout with candles and it was beautiful. They had this amazing music playing and 8t felt like we were sitting in the middle of a sound bath. Very hypnotic and just gorgeous. We had delicious good, great wine, service was impeccable and when the lights came back on, it was just as beautiful. We had a truly special experience and would definitely go back!!

Do yourself a favor and go here! Everything about this place was amazing - the setting by the beach, the live music, the ambiance. We went just before sunset and stayed for dinner after. The tres amigos cocktail and cauliflower soup were a few favorites.

We have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner here for 3 days now and the food has been consistently amazing in taste and presentation. You can’t beat the view of the ocean and moody lighting at sunset either. Moses and the other guys have taken great care of us and we can’t wait to come back!

The worst ! I booked a month early for my partner birthday and they force us to pay 100US for a concert that we didn’t want to attend , bad service and bad communication. They trying to creat fake policy on the spot so they can take money from people. I would never recommend this restaurant go somewhere else … trust me

Cet établissement nous a très bien reçus, mais après qu'ils aient débité notre carte d'un montant erroné suite à l'ajout malencontreux d'un zéro (!), impossible d'avoir un retour et de nous faire rembourser. Plus personne ne répond à nos demandes, que ce soit par mail ou par téléphone. Nous en avons quand même pour plus de 1200 €. Nous leur avons laissé 8 mois pour gérer ça, en vain. Etablissement vraiment PAS SÉRIEUX, voire MALHONNÊTE !
