Tyana was our waitress-- it was my husband's birthday. He is a huge sushi fan and he said it was the best sushi has ever had. The drinks were tasty too! Tyana was amazing! Super friendly and knowledgable of the food and drink menu. She made the birthday celebration memorable.

We went their to have mother’s day dinner but it was nothing special the service was very quick no doubts but the food was below average my daughter is sushi lover but she said both sushi’s she tried are not good and so was my shrimp tempura was below average … if you love sushi go to dragonfly !! not going back sorry .

I have always loved going to Morimoto’s. This was such a nice treat for Mother’s Day. The waitress was so attentive and made sure to check on my food allergies.

The food and drinks are always delicious. Our favorite are the ribs. The ambiance and interior design are absolutely beautiful. Service was a bit slower than usual.

Beautiful restaurant with nice open feel. We like the hanging lanterns. Service by Jazmine was excellent. We enjoyed the duck but it was more roasted duck rather than Peking Duck as listed on the menu. Ramen dishes were good. Overall very enjoyable meal but very food quality doesn't justify the very very high prices.

We were sat as a party of 9 (initially supposed to be a party of 6 and 2) at a table that was entirely much too small. Waiter was slow to get our order and drinks. After ordering, our appetizers came out in good time. Our food did not and one plate was missing. After several dishes of fried rice went by to other tables , we reminded our waiter that our guest still had. It received hers! We requested a manager and instead, the waiter delivered the rice and said it would be taken off our bill. For an expensive evening out for. Graduation I was extremely disappointed. No mention of the graduation, or birthday in our party and…..18% gratuity added (which was expected but NOT earned). Just disappointing and WAY overpriced for the quantity and quality of food. We will NOT return, rather going to Japan in Epcot for great food great service and an awesome time!!!

This is our favorite restaurant at Disney Springs. It was the first time trying the Angry Chicken... We mentioned to our server that we liked really spicy food and she suggested, the chef could make it extra spicey. It was amazing .. We felt it was the best meal we had to date at Morimotos. We will definitely order this again. Thank-you! Lisa

Disappointed. Had to send my filet back. Supposed to be medium but was well done. Had to send back broccoli twice and still received under steamed vegetable. I asked for it to be cooked soft. The server was great but was never directed to a manager or had a manager approach us after returning 3 items way under or overcooked

Our server Anthony was great. Food was great. There was 2 of us and we took our time and order different dishes til we were full. Great experience- thanks to all that work there - you do not get enough thanks for what you do!!!

We have been to Disney Springs too many times to count, but we had never eaten at Morimoto before. We went there for a birthday celebration. We were not disappointed! Everything about it was perfect. The food was fantastic. We tried several items and they brought dessert to celebrate. Our server was excellent, efficient, and kind. We would highly recommend Morimoto. We will be returning in the future.

We had high expectations but disappointed with service and food. Ambience was the best because of space, decor, and AC. We waited almost 20 min for server to offer water after we were seated - and since we had so much time to review the menu, we placed our order. Immediately. I ordered the sparkling Yuzu. The waiter brought the unopened bottle without a glass. I asked for a glass with ice which he brought along with a coaster. The beef chow fun and stir fried vegetables were brought to the table without any serving utensils. Again, we need to make a request.

We fell in love with this place in 2022 when we brought 3 hangry, hot, sweaty teenagers in and walked out with 3 of the happiest kids ever! This time was just as fabulous - delicious food, efficient and friendly service. Worth every penny. We all walked out smiling and very satisfied.

I come here everytime im in town and it’s always awesome. John the waiter at the sushi bar has been my waiter multiple times and it is always a pleasure to see him.

The food was very good and the servers were attentive. I would say the only downside was that we had 7 people in our party and the table hardly fit everyone, let alone all the food. But overall, very good experience.

Our reservation was at 6:45. When we arrived we were told they were running 10 minutes behind. No problem. Except that 30 minutes later we were still waiting. The hostess was rude and unconcerned about our wait. Once seated, our server explained that something was wrong with the CO2 and the draft beer was unavailable. My wife ordered a cocktail which sat at the bar for 15 minutes before we got it. At one point our server completely disappeared for 30 minutes. My wife went to the bar and refilled our waters and carried over our dirty dishes. Overall a very disappointing experience.

You have to be careful about what you choose from the menu to get “your money’s worth”. For example, the basic traditional menu items like fried rice are basically the same as anywhere else but you pay 4x more here. Specialty items like their sashimi are expensive but really good. Had to wait awkwardly behind the receptionist for over 20min while our “reserved “ was waiting to be available. Bar service downstairs was subpar at best. Food service was great. Overall too expensive for the food.

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is always on point & we usually have fantastic service. This last visit, our server was seriously not worthy of even a small tip. He was a tad rude, acted like he didn't want to wait on us & we could never find him. I love how all the servers help each other out but he was NOT attentive to us in the slightest. We will be back but hoping we don't get the same waiter!

Great Food, good overall service , didn't do or say anything for our Birthday Guest even though I brought it to the attention on check in that we were celebrating a 65th birthday. Funny how quickly they spotted the bottled water was ready for replace.... Great food does come at a price... make it a special event would be my advice as its $$$$
