The service was impeccable throughout the evening our server Kim O. was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely a nice person. She made jokes throughout the night and made the experience that much better. The staff ensured that our experience was tailored to our preferences for our anniversary. Overall, my expectations were exceeded the combination of superb service, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere makes this spot a top choice!

The food was great but service was very poor. Our server came back to check on us only once. My glass remained empty until I flagged my server down for a refill. Our server was horrible, not a good experience.

Made a reservation a couple of weeks ago to ensure my Mother’s Day would be epic. My nickname is Marli Moo. Had to try this place ! Our server Suzanne was truly wonderful. She was attentive / funny/ and made sure we were taken care of. Things started out great. We had my drink/ waters / bread. Soon the fabulous appetizers. We tried the tuna tartare and the lobster bisque. Both were fantastic. My drink too - made to perfection. Our orders were placed. We opted for the special - lobster gnocchi as our side / creamed spinach. The entrees were filet mignon / steak - both cooked medium rare and my son tried the Beef Wellington also medium rare. Here’s where trouble came. We sat - for a good 45 minutes. It was ok as we enjoyed ourselves / the restaurant ambience. After seeing a newer table get their meals ahead of ours we politely checked in with Suzanne. She shared the ticket for our entrees was missed. Having all of us working in the serving industry we completely understood. Food came out and it aaa good but a bit cold. We still enjoyed everything. Suzanne quietly talked to her manager about making sure our bill was adjusted. She also gave us dessert. I thanked her and her manager for their kindness. I’ll be back. So grateful for them.

First time here. Came for my 63rd birthday. Didn’t have anyone to go with but I wanted to do something nice for myself. Decided to treat myself to the $190 Wagyu beef. Why? Because last week I went to the grocery store and for one person I spent $173… And don’t even remember what I bought! This was my birthday present to myself. When I booked the reservation, it asked if I was celebrating anything and I told him yes my birthday. When I arrived, the menu actually had my name and happy birthday at the top! I was so impressed. I felt special. Service was outstanding… If the server wasn’t available Then there was always somebody else checking on me. I’ve been practicing sobriety since last October 2 so this birthday was a little concerning about how I would feel without having a libation. They had a lovely selection of non-alcoholic cocktails… But what interest me was a non-alcoholic glass of white wine or a non-alcoholic glass of champagne. I chose the champagne. I was not disappointed!!! it was delicious. I let my server know that I was a gastric bypass patient and that although he would see me spoiling myself tonight… I eat rather slow and have to be careful about filling up too fast before the next course. He couldn’t have been any more gracious and made excellent suggestions right down to whether or not to get the sirloin Capacio or the sirloin tartar (the tart comes with toast points, which would have been more filling). I did get the Wagyu steak, and asked the servers opinion of what type of steak sauce I should get (bernaise,red wine …etc). Kindly, he suggested that he felt it didn’t need anything, but that I was more than welcome to order something after I received it if I chose to. I took his advice and he was spot on. It came with an amazing side, spicy mushrooms and peppers that complemented it so well! Ended my meal with a delicious cappuccino and a decadent slice of chocolate cake with happy birthday written on the cake. Outstanding experience!!!

This was not just a meal but an event. The waitstaff were wonderful in their recommendations for starters, entrees, sides, sauces and desserts. One of the best meals I have had ever. They were alerted it was my birthday, and they printed out a special menu with birthday wishes on the top. Not an everyday casual meal but I do look forward to eating here again.

Server knew buzzwords when describing food, otherwise I could only describe experience like that at a diner. Not very professional. We were moving stuff around instead of table being properly cleared. Server wanted our dinner order, but we had to ask if we could order apps first. Since first round of drinks took a bit, when we asked to order another round, server said he wanted to take dinner order first. Also, two attempts to take my food while still eating. We spent almost 1K and the service did not reflect that.

Monthly dinner with friends, so naturally we wanted to catch up. Mooo provided the right amount of noise level our conversation between 5 people did not overwhelm the room. Nor did any other similar sized table. And the food was delivered hot and timely so we could have a leisurely dinner with good conversation and not feel rushed. The staff was attentive but not overbearing, they were just there in the background. We plan to keep Mooo on our rotation of Burlington restaurants, see you this winter Mooo!

Indulging in a culinary delight at this steak house was a true pleasure. Not only were the cuts perfectly cooked to my liking, but the attentive wait staff elevated the dining experience with their exceptional service. restaurant is near perfection inside and out.. the appetizers were incredible. Steak Au Poivre was cooked perfect, sauce incredible. Sides were good we were all expecting more after having such incredible appetizers. Milk & Cookies were perfect, do not skip this no matter how full you are!

We were celebrating our wedding at Moo Burlington, with two other guests. We have not dined at this location before, but did dine at the original location in Boston with a great experience a couple years ago. The bread service is amazing, some of the best Parker house rolls and butter I’ve had. However, they do not offer you seconds on the bread unless you request it. I felt our plates throughout the meal were cleaned off the table too quickly, even while I was still taking the last few bites of my courses. The meal lasted two hours, but felt rushed at times due to this. The appetizers were mediocre and the biggest let down. Calamari was over cooked and average on flavor. The wagyu beef wontons were dried out in the middle, and a small portion (5 small wontons) for the $29 price paid. My husband and I split the Tomahawk for two. The steak was delicious and cooked medium rare, but for $300 I don’t feel the meal was worth the price. For our sides, we selected truffle fries, tater tots and lobster mac n’ cheese. The truffle fries were the standout side, followed by the tater tots. The lobster mac n’ cheese lacked overall flavor and seasoning, and the lobster was overcooked. I’d prefer to dine at the many other competing steakhouses in the area, I won’t rush back to Moo unfortunately. The appetizers and prices for steak are a better value elsewhere.

Lobster dish lost its top billing. I've had this dish on five occasions and each time it gets lighter and lighter in the vegetable area. Not sure of the consistency or lack there of is the chef or just some one trying to improve it. Get back to basics.

The steaks here are excellent, I enjoy the quality of the beef and how it tastes. The side dishes are standout, really delicious. The service of the staff was also impeccable, many different individuals checked in on my party to make sure everything was to our liking, dishes and cutlery were replaced quickly between courses, and and all this was not overbearing or intrusive. Finally, the panna cotta is the best I have ever had, and should not be missed.

Food was great. Our server was very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Service throughout our entire time there was extremely slow. We were there for 30 min before we got our first drinks from the bar. Water refills didn’t happen. We got up and refilled it ourselves (bottles were kept away from the table). If there weren’t enough staff for water refilling then it may be easier to keep the water at the table so diners can fill them without having to get up to refill their water.

Omg! From start to finish everything was outstanding! Celebrated our anniversary and really appreciated the small personal touches. Party of six had apps, mains and desserts and everything was delicious! Especially the cookies we got for dessert! Yum! The staff was friendly and very attentive. Definitely will be going back again!

Best addition to the North Shore area! The service is unmatched- seamless, friendly, and accommodating. How fine dining should be! We ordered lots of appetizers, which I believe is the highlight of every meal at Mooo (we loved the sirloin tartare & Mooo has some of the best oysters I've ever had). Steaks, lobster, bolognese are all incredible, too. I prefer this location; I've been able to enjoy my meal without feeling rushed out, as it's in the suburbs and there's simply less rush. BRAVO to the whole team- hosts, servers, kitchen, bartender...the list goes on!

Mooo in Burlington was fantastic! Our waitress and servers were prompt and friendly. My husband had the Steak Au Poivre and I the Branzino with exquisite sides and Banana Foster dessert to cap the evening. Having visited Mooo in Seaport in the past with exceptional service this location didn’t disappoint. ❤️

Mooo was amazing! The service was incredible. Sean took such good care of us I can’t thank him enough! Don’t even get me started on the apps, steak, and dessert. The filet was the best cut I have ever had, and the appetizers / banana foster desert topped it off. Will definitely be back!

The sea bass ceviche was outstanding; the tuna tartare a little salty because it was swimming in a soy sauce-y type marinade. The 8 oz filet was perfectly cooked and excellent and so was the branzino. The bolognese was okay - the moral of the story is don't order pasta at a steakhouse - not their fault! The sides were fine although the carrots were a little overcooked. The lavender gin drink was very tasty. The margarita was meh and I should have been told there was an upcharge for Patron Silver. The espresso chip ice cream was awesome and so was the chocolate cake. Unfortunately, the coffee was not hot. We like the Burlington Mooo because it's quiet and large - good table spacing. Suzanne was an excellent server. Mooo and Capital Grille both are our go to steak houses and never disappoint.
