We had a fantastic night at Moon Bar. From the service to the drinks and the food, everything was delicious! Really creative drinks and food flavors.. cool atmosphere. It gets a little loud but the downstairs bar is a pretty small space. No complaints!

The food, staff, and service at Moon Bar are incredible across the board. The cocktails are delicious and pair well with everything on the menu. You must get the Black Bass when you come! Shout out to Ryan, Tim, and Jake for providing amazing experiences across the board from behind the bar.

We had a great table and the service was outstanding. It definitely gets a little expensive with 5 very hungry people, but the dishes came out fast and were each outstanding. The chicken thighs were particularly excellent.

The most creative and exuberant food we’ve had in a long time. Great for people who love to share and taste multiple dishes. Also best and most creative cocktails pairing beautifully with the food. Service was excellent and we can’t recommend this place more highly especially for an adventurous group happy to share tastes.

Wonderful evening. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a variety of cocktails. The food was excellent and varied. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back!

This was our first time going to Moonbar. I was looking for something different from what we normally do before a show in the theater district. Turned out to be a wonderful change from the routine. Great location. Excellent, interesting and fun food. All small plates. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. All four of us said “we’d come back!”

Our dinner was flawless from start to finish! Food: We had the ribs, halibut, yucca fries, Jamaican patty, shrimp a la plancha, and chicken thighs. 10/10 Drinks: we had the coast to coast, genaiche, 305 cowboy, and coolada. 10/10 Dessert: we got both 🤣 10/10 Jake and the other bartending and wait staff were all also 10/10! Moon Bar is a must 🌙

Third trip. Cant wait for fourth visit. Not a single less than perfect thing from drinks to service to atmosphere and, of course, the amazing food! Each time we bring new friends who share our amazement! Perfect start to any night!

The guys at the bar are amazing. I never had so many amazing fish and other small plates to choose from. I keep coming back for the different fish options and amazing cocktails!

MoonBar has really hit its stride. Excellent, innovative and interesting cocktails paired with delicious and varied food menu that leans spicy. I think the rice pudding might be the best dessert in the city!

A recent favorite - took my boyfriend here for drinks/small plates for his birthday. Innovative drinks (with plenty less-sweet options, which I appreciated!) and food that pretty much checked all the boxes and was creative, fresh, and thoughtfully sourced. I wish I ordered more seafood, those dishes were the best! Our server was very sweet, funny, and made sure we had a great time. New lounges in Boston can truly be hit or miss, but the team at Moon bar worked hard to make sure our night was a win.

Jazzy, fun space with excellent service. We went on a Friday night, and it was pleasantly full and busy, but it didn't so loud that we couldn't chat. The bartenders were great, and the front of house was very obliging in re-seating in a location away from the door. Lots of attention to detail with the food. Tasty place with a great ambience.

I'm not much for fish but was so impressed with the freshness and deliciousness of their dishes! Will definitely be going back next time I'm in town.

Excellent cocktails with friendly and attentive bar staff. Loved that. We had 3 dishes. The tuna appetizer had a trio of strong flavors. Tangerine, Tamarind, and Tuna. For me and my wife, they just didn't blend well. The lamb burger didn't blow us away. Loved the pickled cauliflower, but the tomato chutney not so much. The tandori chicken was wonderful! Loved the cucumber yogurt dipping sauce. There are other items I'd like to try on the menu so we will be back. I loved the vibe.

Great food, great service, music was much too low, felt like a dining room not a bar. You barely hear the music at all. Killing the vibe for such a cool space. Not sure if it a bad speaker set up or just need to turn it up. I don’t expect loud like a bar room, but it was really weak and annoying.

The food and cocktails are out of this world. Flavors are amped compared to upstairs, which seemed just right for the more casual room and experience. Service seemed overwhelmed when we arrived but they sorted it very quickly. I’m putting Moon Bar high on my list of favorite casual spots to get back to. The only thing that I didn’t love was the little table facing outside. I found it uncomfortable. Recommend that you take a regular table or just eat at the bar and then you will have a fabulous night.
