Excellent. We had an anaphylaxis near-miss (restaurant's error), which they then managed with great seriousness and accountability. Would that all restaurants took incidents like this as seriously. Even though it was quite a scare, we would feel safe in their hands again due to the grace with which they managed their mistake. Food, service, etc all also excellent. Please keep up the good work!

Great bartender (Phoebe), very engaging and nice cocktails (yuzu sour one especially). New-ish menu when we went - some of the dishes were exemplary (Nasi goreng, Asian-style cucumber salad), others less so but still nice (roasted cauli, crumbed tofu, san Choi bao). Char potatoes needed to be more crispy- probably should have gone for the shoestring fries instead. Lovely ambience to the large space, lots of comfy sofas and armchairs around and in between the dining spaces. Would definitely return.

To start, the food and ambience was excellent as always. I’ve been quite a few times and have never been disappointed on either of these points. Unfortunately, the service was completely disappointing. Firstly, we had to stand around for uncomfortable period of time when we arrived until we finally caught the attention of someone to seat us for our booking. We were early, but it didn’t explain what the plan was for the half empty restaurant and walk-ins. After this, it was 25 mins from when I ordered my wine that I had to force someone’s attention to query where it was and ask if we could actually order food. We had looked around to get someone’s attention multiple times and saw many servers walking around aimlessly. When we had finished dinner, we wanted to order desert. It was near impossible to get anyone’s attention, so we decided to just leave. I finally managed to ask someone for the bill, and after they provided it, they again vanished. I stood to get someone’s attention, and after 5 mins of again being ignored, decided to approach a register away from my table where staff were standing and asked if I could pay. After the staff finished their conversation (5 minutes later while I awkwardly stood behind them) I was asked where I sat and I had to remind them that I had handed them an actual bill. This was just a completely bizarre experience from start to finish and tainted what would have otherwise been a perfect night. We felt deliberately ignored from the moment we entered and had to literally force attention at almost every moment of the night. I really don’t know what was going on, but the service fell well short of our expectations. I hope that when I return (which I will because I’ve always loved the food), I won’t have a similar experience again.

The variety of vegetarian meals was very impressive. We took the Set Menu and were very happy with the selection of meals. The restaurant has a great ambience.

Clever vegetarian food in a cool space. Went with the feed me option Some items were delicious. Others didn't quite do it. the main course with mushroom skewr, brazillian coleslaw and bravos was delicious and well combined. didn't love the dessert. Great drinks list with a very nice sangiovese. wouldn't do the non-alcoholic wine again. on the pricey side. would go ala carte next time. Great option for vegetarians!

I arrived at the required time. Was asked “I take it you’re here for the bottomless lunch - I won’t check I’ll take your word for it”. Was then seated and left for 35 minutes. When I finally flagged down the person who originally served me was told “I asked someone else to serve you as I had something else to do”. Apparently as a solo diner I was not important. I walked out.
