Excellent waiting service from Yousef, pleasant staff, great quality food, overall we had a wonderful experience. It was my sister’s birthday and her first time at the restaurant and she loved it, the owner came by to check in on us and had even gave us a complimentary cheesecake dessert which was delicious. We will definitely be back!

All of us have spent a lot of time in India & know Indian food. Wonder why drinks came after the food. Why did the sauces for the chicken & fish taste so similar, especially since the fish said it was Kerila regional cooking with coconut & we couldn’t taste any coconut.

Excellent Indian food with very unique selections of dishes. Everything we tried was delicious. The butter chicken was amazing. The tandoori flight was excellent! Very friendly and accommodating servers.

Reasonable prices, food was excellent….Lal Maas and Kerala fish curry and service was great. Would definitely recommend Monsoon Bistro

The restaurant portion is cosy with just the perfect level of music. The place got busy soon but the service level never dropped. Although we were looked after by more than one person, the smiles never stopped and the service was super friendly and professional. The food was 5-star quality all the way and the Guinness served cold and proper. We prefer Tandoori but the one curry dish "Murg Methi" is going to make us come back to try it again. Monsoon is where you want to eat Indian!.. Party of 4.

The food was excellent but sadly three of us had stomach complaints afterwards...it's not just Indian food as we all cook this in our homes. Maybe too much oil in the meals?

The most fantastic and authentic Indian food!! Portions were generous, price was reasonable, but the quality and taste was unmatched. My partner and I got the aachari paneer, chicken tandoori, and seekh kebab to start then had chicken biryani with dal makhani and tandoori roti for our mains and I couldn’t recommend all these more. Every bite was perfect and so delicious. For dessert we had kulfi that tasted straight from India. This was a lovely dining experience escalated by our lovely attentive server Zahra. Thank you Monsoon!!

Really, really enjoyed it. Reasonable prices and the food was outstanding- they give you these free crackers/chip things with dip at the beginning, I don't even know what they're made with but they're amazing and really well seasoned. I had their daal makhni, which is my go-to at every Indian place, do I've had it everywhere. Best I've had in the city by miles. Service was a little slow, but this was on new years day so I'd probably just attribute that to being understaffed.

Unquestionably one of the greatest spots to spend time with your loved ones. Wonderful experience, tasty, expertly prepared, and aesthetically beautiful food, attentive service, and a great atmosphere! Additionally, the staff's level of hospitality was impeccable.

A wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. What stole the show was the "Dahi ke Kebab". My kids who are picky eaters devoured the Kebab's before the Achari Paneer Tikka came to the table. We order the Monsoon Daal Makhani and Masaledaar Katahal and Methi Murgh for main course and all the dishes were full of flavour. Extra points for the Daal Makhani. I would bring my friends and family to Monsoon Bistro for a wonderful meal.

The ambience was great. The staff were very friendly. The food was really good. The price was a bit on the expensive end tho. There was wedding party going on in the Holiday Inn hotel beside it so the noise level was a bit moderate. But overall it was a good experience. We will definitely come back :)

First visit - will be back for sure! Food was excellent. Owner helped us select various dishes for a group of 4. The owner and her adult children were present serving, assisting customers. Restaurant was full with a waiting lineup on Wednesday evening. The restaurant was lovely but one table of 10 were especially noisy. Several guests were on their cell phones. I would have preferred people to step outside to take a phone call.

Quality food at a level higher than strip mall Indian. Superior service from servers that know their stuff and don’t hate their jobs. A welcome addition to the Edmonton dining scene that should be considered fine dining

I had been wanting to go there for sometime. I am glad we went and it’s my new favourite Indian restaurant. The food and drinks both were really good and quantity was great. The Gulab jamuns were great not like other restaurants where they get the ones from the market. Chai really hit the spot. We are definitely going back with more friends.

Our first time here, for sure not the last. The food was delicious! What we had was not too spicy. Best papadam I’ve ever had. The best part was the service. We were exceptionally taken care of by Vivek. I can’t remember ever having better service. Pleasant, friendly, helpful with the menu, attentive, even gave me some extra papadam to take home. He was the best. Nice restaurant, good parking. We will go back.
