Food was pre-made and heated up. Flues everywhere. Tip added without informing us, which resulted in a double tip. The food was expensive and not worth it. Flavorless. I don't get the hype.

Prices are high for what the food is. We sat inside, and though I know flies are inevitable, we had at least 3 literally dead on the table when we were seated. And had them swarming around us throughout our time there (seated inside). The server was friendly and energetic, but wasn't around much.

The young hostess at the front was HORRIBLE, her attitude was unprofessional, and RUDE. She left before we were finished with food. Outside of her everything else was AMAZING!! KJ our waitress was kind, knowledgeable, and sweetheart all around. AND THE FOOD IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE HYPE. Everything was HOT, fresh, and tasty, I would definitely go back.

The waiter greeted us and let us know he was in training. That definitely was understandable. It took forever for him to come take our order but once we flagged him down he came and took our order and had a young lady assisting him. We didn't get our brussel sprouts and we let him know and her as well but they both looked at us like we forgot to order them. The service was extremely slow and he disappeared for long time. We had to flag the young lady down eventually just to pay. We are not use to service of this magnitude.

I ordered the étouffée. It came out room temperature and the size of the crawfish or less than a half an inch. I ordered the red snapper and never received it because they said the first one they cooked was bad and they had to get another one from the back. I then told the waitress that I didn’t want it. It took 20 minutes to remove it from my bill. I wasn’t pleased at all.

We had dinner at Mondays (on a Monday :-)) and the food was excellent! The chili wings and the lamb chops were amazing. Our server Chelsea was great, very accommodating and extremely friendly. She took care of all of our needs. I have to give a huge shout out to the GM Haji (sp). There was a woman at the table next to us having a serious medical emergency. Haji jumped into action and used his medical training and took care of the woman to the point where the ambulance no longer needed to be called. While everyone around us were in a panic, he kept everyone calm as he took care of this woman. He was amazing. He even walked the patron to her car once she got herself together. He was a real hero. My husband and I loved this place. Although the food was great, the people made the experience. We will definitely put this restaurant in our regular rotation. Oh and the Sweet Potato Beignets OMGEEEEEEE

Nice, pleasant place. Nothing special, but a decent place to grab a bite. They were out of a couple things, such as Redfish for the fish tacos. Outdoor patio is a nice quiet place to sit.

We were outside and there were a lot of flies which made our experience less enjoyable. We have eaten there numerous times before so was aware that they usually have a little device to sit on the table to help with flies. They advised that they only had 1 and would get more closer to the summer. They should always have them since most of the seating is outside. We like to sit and converse while we eat but had to waive off flies the entire time Otherwise the food itself was tasty

Monday was an exceptionally good dining experience. The boudin egg rolls, sweet potato beignets, and the sweet chili wings were absolutely amazing. We loved the vibe, the setting and the drinks.

Patio setting was perfect and shaded for a nice day. Their front patio is cute too. It was a nice day so we played a couple games of connect 4 on our way out. Had a reservation (highly recommend) so was seated right away. Atmosphere was lively with good music that wasn’t too loud. Food was delicious. Had the catfish and grits, boudin egg rolls, and the ettoiffe named after the street the restaurant is located. Everything came hot and was flavorful. A couple downsides. Service was friendly but not attentive. Waited a long time to receive my mimosa tower, water refills were non-existent, and was nearly finished with my food before I received hot sauce. Lastly, the bathroom had no toilet paper or running water. Overall, I had a pretty good experience and would dine here again.

We had an absolutely outstanding time at Monday Restaurant + Bar. The Nola style pizza was fantastic, as was the seafood spinach dip, but the star of the show by far were the sweet potato beignets. In our opinion they alone were worth the visit!

We had an amazing night here catching up over good food and drinks. Our server was very attentive and our food came out quickly. I would rate this place an 8 out of 10. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Everything was good but I don’t appreciate that for 2 people gratuity is automatically added that was not told to us on the menu it says 4 or more. When I questioned it I was told they automatically do for festivals holidays and when there is a lot going on in the city !!! That’s ridiculous people are going to the festivals not the restaurant so why are we taxing people like that trying to get over. Also when I have reservations I expect to be seated right then and there like they want me there on time. We had to wait 10mins or so and then another 10 before the waitress came. But I will give a 8.5 out of 10 and I will go back

If you’re looking for homemade food this restaurant was it! We got the seafood gumbo, seafood pizza, the elote, the hot sausage po’boy sandwich and let’s not forget the sweet potatoe beignets, with mountain sparkling water and everything was delicious! So good I am craving the hot sausage po’boy and the sweet potatoe beignets.
