Arrived on time for our reservations. Our other guest was arriving in 5 minutes and yet we were not allowed to be seated at our table until all parties were there….I understand the reason behind that BUT, the restaurant was only about 30% occupied….so we had to stand in the bar area where music was blaring….. bartender was attentive and cordial cannot say the same about our waitress. As a waiter in my younger days my attitude and service determined what my tip would be BUT at Monday’s not so…..They automatically place a 18% TIP on your BILL……So no matter what your service is like you’re paying 18%…AND I didn’t see that in writing anywhere and why would I ever even look for that. Had it not been for a review that my wife read I never would have known and would have double tipped…..So wait staff has no incentive whatsoever to offer their best…..Asking any questions about the menu felt like we were pulling teeth for an answer……. Not a single smile or thank you from our server….The 18% is not what bothered us, I always start with 20% than adjust according to service. Monday’s is the only Restaurant, I’ve ever been too, that does that, unless you’re with a party of 6/8 or more, very deceiving, in my opinion……Food was good but wouldn’t return …….

Food was great!! Atmosphere was great! Customer Service was great! My only complaint was the flies were pretty annoying.

My husband and I went there for crab pods and oysters. It wasn't available. We ordered two drinks, wine and a specialty drink. The specialty drink wasn't available, and they couldn't find the corkscrew to open the bottle of wine. It started to sprinkle, and we asked to move twice. The manager would not do it. The waiter, Rudolph was overworked managing multiple tables. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

Monday’s outside seating is always a vibe! Listening to slow jamz while drinking margarita flights! Our server Genie was also really sweet! We make sure we stop by and get food from here!

Very nice atmosphere. Food was priced a little on the high side, however, the food was very delicious. You get less than normal so that’s why I say it doesn’t match the price point. Happy hour has good drink options.

We are from Houston and heard about this place through close friends. I usually don’t voice my opinion about food or anything until now. My fish was dry and no sauce on it. My side potatoes were cold and overly portioned like lunch in a school cafeteria. The corn muffins were good. But I wouldn’t go back. The drinks were pretty good as well but not enough for me to go back.🤷🏽‍♀️

I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was! I had heard mixed reviews but, I like to try it out for myself. Def was delicious! And what a treat that they do happy hour on Monday’s.

Service was amazing! Jeanie was an awesome, attentive waiter. The food was so delicious! Our table had lamb chops & grits, catfish & grits, chicken & waffles, sweet potato beignets, egg rolls, and seafood spinach dip. Every single item was tasty!
