We did an off the menu tasting menu for my husbands birthday. The portions were actually very generous. The service was great and the food and cocktails were so amazing! I never would’ve ordered it but the cucumber salad with roe was so good and the fried chicken bao was another level!

Overall the food was really good! I had the spicy miso ramen with pork belly and my wife had the Ginger Scallion Noodle Bowl with Shrimp and we split a side of pork belly buns. Everything tasted great and the service was excellent

Because of the name we expected the food to be amazing. It was underwhelming. Pork dish for two was really for one. The pork was served pink and I had stomach pains that night. Also ordered steam buns just to feel full. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the service was great. Sadly, wouldn’t recommend it or go back.

Ordered the pork belly bao which was better than the others about a 6.5/10. The shrimp bao was a 3/10 not much flavour and the caviar bao was a 5/10 honestly way too much sauce on the bao. The spicy cucumbers were really good 8/10. I wouldn’t go back though so many other better places to eat at in Vegas

Amazing food!! The Bo Ssam is worth travelling a very long distance for!!! Pair it with the Shishito Peppers and Cucumbers.

Nice dinner on the strip. Compact menu which is appreciated. Server Gregory was great, suggested which sakes go with our orders. Food came out at a nice relaxed pace. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Went with all the heavy hitters. Pork belly bun, chicken and caviar bun, cucumber salad, big eye tuna with foie gras and waygu ribeye cap. Rich but delicious. Wouldn’t change a thing. Our service was 👌🏼.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. My girlfriend and I started with the fluke kinilaw and it was so flavorful. Definitely a must. And then we shared the Iberico pork 8 oz Wagyu steak. Both cooked perfectly but the pork was the showstopper. And let’s not forget dessert (butter cake with housemate sorbet). We finished everything. Momofuku, Thank you for the most enjoyable dinner and time.

Get the bo saam. Just get it. You can get a half order if you’re just a couple or 3 people. But it’s amazing. Also love the pork ramen. Best in the world.

The food speaks for itself but one thing I need to call out, the service. The service was AMAZING. We ordered the pickles and it’s 3 pickled vegetables. I barely got the words “hey I’m so sorry I don’t love it” out of my mouth before the server was offering to remove it and give us something else. It goes to show they truly want you to enjoy your dining experience. Then the event that stood out the most, a server had their hands full cleaning a table, saw we had empty waters, put ALL of it back down on the table, and walked over to fill up our water. They weren’t even our server and they did this. Great service, great food and it equaled a great time.

We got the 2nd best table in the house, great view of the Eiffel Tower! The pork belly buns were the perfect texture. They might be the best thing we ate on our trip to Vegas, and we come to eat! The ramen was amazing!

Insanely good food, cool vibe, great service and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend the specialty Collin’s cocktail and the duck wraps.
