The Caesar salad dressing was too salty. The grilled chicken added to the salad was good. The salad was very large, I could only eat half.

Nothing was particularly bad, but it all added up to a poor experience and value. Tables are tiny and packed together. I was seated facing an emergency exit. The space and atmosphere are not nearly as nice as the photographs suggest. Green beans arrived covered in nuts (no allergens mentioned on the menu). Entrees were ok but not great (pomodoro pasta and winter salad with shrimp) but expensive for what they were. Seated next to a couple with two infants--who were well behaved, but they were so close and the parents were constantly moving around, photographing them, bottle-feeding, cooing, etc., that it was simply not a relaxing dinner with my wife as intended.

The food was unfortunately a disappointment. Nice venue, good vibe, but the food quality is such that we would not return without a significant reboot.

Beautiful space and atmosphere. Our server, Toby, was fantastic. His recommendations from drinks, dinner and dessert were spot on.

Other than the meatballs, all food was unfortunately very bad. MOLLIE seems like it can be a nice/cool addition to the Aspen scene but we were so disappointed. I hope they improve quickly as we do not want to see it go out of business.

Sat in coffee area that was bright and bad atmosphere for a nice meal - otherwise food excellent, wonderful service.

What an incredibly fantastic addition to Aspen. Gorgeously designed venue, truly delicious food, attentive service and just simply impressive. Will absolutely be back.

Lovely room, attentive service and quite good meal - not wow but definitely good but a surprisingly limited menu. Will definitely be going again and interested to see how it develops.
