We arrived for our Mother’s Day outing 26minutes ahead of schedule. Ladies in the front found us a table and seated us right away. Delaney was our waitress and she was very diligent,cordial and precise. Due to a food allergy we had to request a substitute which was not a issue. Overall a pleasant experience! Everyone enjoyed there meals and drinks!

Great food! Our waitress was super sweet and even brought out a birthday sweet with a firework for my wife’s birthday without me even asking. Live this place for brunch! Best brunch place.

Went here for a date on Saturday night. The front desk staff were really nice and cool and seated us promptly. The wait staff also seemed nice although there was a hint of a"whatever attitude" in their interactions but I get it, they have a tough job. That is why I gave this place two stars, and not zero. The staff tried and the drinks they brought to us were actually pretty good so the bartenders were doing their job. This establishment spectacularly failed was in the food. We ordered two appetizers and two separate entrées, but for the avocado salad appetizer, everything else was garbage. And I mean garbage. The calamari was an abomination. It came out brown and when I tried one piece, it tasted as if it had been fried in a one month old cooking oil vat. When I chewed the fried calamari, it tasted like paste had been formed into a ring and then fried up. I informed the staff of this, told them to take it off the table and that I am more than happy to pay for it, but I wanted them to know that this appetizer was foul. My dates shrimp tacos were totally uninspiring. She politely ate two out of the three tacos and then said that she was just so full. She couldn't finish the third. Later, she admitted they had no flavor no seasoning. I ordered what I thought were one of the vegetarian dishes off the menu because I wanted to keep it light that night and I think I ate two or three bites off of that plate. I have never experienced a restaurant, failing so spectacularly other than one dish, two drinks and some nice staff. Avoid this joint until they don't do a thorough cleaning of the kitchen is my guess and hire a new chef plus someone who knows how to procure proper seafood. I should've gone to Agora Tavern.

I really enjoyed my pre-Mothers Day dinner at Mojo. Great atmosphere and delicious food! Our server was Eric and he was so nice and very attentive, would definitely come back.

Overall Impression: I liken Mojo to that person who is a big fish in a little pond. For Forest Hills, note I didn't say Queens, Mojo is good and they have built themselves to be a big deal amongst the locals. However, with the plethora of Latin restaurants in Queens let alone in NYC, Mojo is mediocre. I'm not trying to be mean but the hype is unwarranted. The food is okay but I've had better food at a friend's house or at a family event. Also, I think the prices are a bit inflated although I know everyone has to pay rent so I'll let that slide a bit. Lastly, I hate when a restaurant makes you put down your credit card to make a reservation. This makes me wonder about the clientele that it attracts especially when you can go to far fancier places and they don't have this sort of requirement. Food: The mac & cheese bites are good and the chipotle sauce that comes with them is tasty. The Chimichurri steak is good but be detailed about the temperature you want the steak cooked or you might not get what you want. The rice and beans are good-predictable. The Avocado Tropical salad was delicious but it was small and mostly what looked like iceberg lettuce... Drinks: The margaritas were good- not too strong but decent.

The food was excellent. The omelet and salad were fresh and tasty, and the dulce de leches cake was amazing! Service was pleasant and efficient. I'll be back!

Freezing cold, the heating didn’t even work. The food was terrible, and the service was even worse. They took forever to get the bill and then forgot about my change more than 20 min until I had to go inside. They kept leaving the door open to the outside seating area, it was so cold. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

What can I say, I always have a good time. I'm usually by myself, which is kinda weird saying I enjoyed myself. However, they're all so pleasant there's no way you'll be disappointed in any way. Sangria, always on point.

I’ve gone here with my brother for so many years and we love it, everyone here is amazing the food is awesome the drinks are fire and the servers are so greart. Absolutely recommended

This is the second time my local group of mom friends had a night out at Mojo. Service is so attentive and friendly. We are seated on time and where we requested for reduced noise level so the group of seven of us could hear each other at a long table. The food and drinks are always fabulous! Mojo is our go to for girls night!

Although the restaurant is pretty, the food is not worth it. The waiter brought some special appetizer and he didn’t even state the name of what it is. We didn’t finish our food because it was tasteless.

My friend and I had a reservation for 2pm We arrived only a few minutes late and were seated right away without an issue. We sat upstairs. The Christmas decorations were still up along with the dim lighting that created a very cozy vibe. I had the Chrassco and my friend had the shredded beef. It was delicious. Service was very food our waitress refilled our glasses often and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Stephanie was a great hostess. She got my reservation and listened to my special request to bring out dessert with a candle for my mom's birthday. I didnt know they were gonna sing to her too! Hahah. The food was excellent. Thank you guys for making this a special night for her.

The host and his team were phenomenal! They were patient and attentive. The place was alive with laughs and music. My family and I could see why so many chose to spend part of their holiday season at Mojo. We enjoyed our cocktails and food! The Coquito holiday drink was perfecto! We will definitely visit Mojo in the future!

A wonderful night out with some local girlfriends. We were seated quickly and drinks and apps were returned very shortly after ordering. The host was flexible with our meal time as we had one late arrival. A wonderful night, and we plan to return.

After their rebranding from Exo, Mojo has become the darling of Forest Hills. It was nice meeting Peter, the owner. Amazing vibe, sense of humor and personality. Looking forward to either going back in person or ordering from Seamless. If you are in the Forest Hills area, Mojo is a must visit.

The waitress was very nice. I was disappointed that there wasn’t sancocho however there was tomatoe soup (that was pretty unexpected in a latin restaurant). I ordered the salmon, it was okay - exactly what you would expect from a salmon entree. My friend ordered the chicken entree. He liked it but thought it had a but too much rice. My only feedback I would give is to rearrange their tables better. The waitresses and waitresses kept bumping into me when they were passing due to the awkward set up of the tables on the second floor. The tables for couples were perpendicular to the larger tables which didn’t leave too much room for a walk way. In addition, I did think it was a bit different for gratuity of 18% to be added to parties of 3 or less. I never seen that before.

Amazing… like always … so delicious food … special my Favorite Ceviche… and tasty spicy Margaritas… Old Fashioned with chocolate flavored… was delicious ! Amazing place with a Good music… Highly Recommend!

We enjoyed our food. They were running that Jams! Sangria was on point! Staff was friendly and nice. Everything came out quick. We didn’t feel rushed.
