Have been to Mojave numerous times. It is usually good, but this time it was a terrible. Our reservation was at 6pm. We ordered drinks. After one hour I was told the wine I chose was not afailable. Then another 15 minutes before a substitute was provided. The intial plates for our appetizers were wet and some had food on them from previous diners. It was a long unpleasant evening. If this were our first visit we would never return.

I took my husband and father to celebrate Father’s Day and this is not our first time brunching at Mojave but it was very awkward how it was only brunch menu items being prepared when every single time we have been here we have gotten items from brunch and dinner menu at the same time. Food was ok but my dad was visualizing eating a plate of enchiladas along with chicken tamales which we asked twice but still said were not being served. I was the only one who drinked and got a mimosa when I asked for my check and let me tell you I drank es that mimosa in one sip , literally was like a one oz shot . I won’t give it a 5 star but I would probably be back in the future.

We went for Father's Day brunch. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. We will definitely come back for dinner.

Francisco was a phenomenal server and attended to our every need. In addition the other staff came and checked on and ensured we were getting the best service. The food and ambiance was amazing.

I recently visited your establishment on a Friday evening, hoping to enjoy a good meal and possible drink. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the manager and seated outside by them. Our server, Jasmine, promptly arrived and provided excellent service throughout the evening. Despite it being late in the evening, she took the time to make suggestions for our meal. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the quality of the food. The calamari was tasty, but the Spanish meatballs were not up to par. The drinks we ordered, the Martini de Cafecito and Prickly Pear, also fell short of expectations. Our entrees, the Paella and Shrimp Enchiladas, were disappointing, with the seafood not tasting fresh and the sides resembling reheated leftovers. When Jasmine returned to check on us, I brought the issues to her attention. She apologized and offered to have us try something else, but given the lateness of the evening, we declined. The manager also apologized and made a similar offer, but we decided to forego any further action. I was impressed by Jasmine's service and professionalism throughout the evening. However, I was taken aback by her comment that it was not proper etiquette to dine at a restaurant prior to closing. While I understand her point, it seemed out of place given the excellent service she had provided earlier. In hindsight, I think it would be beneficial for your establishment to consider stopping table reservations a certain time to ensure the quality of food during the final hours of operation. Nevertheless, I still opted to pay for my meal and left a tip of over 30%. I wanted to provide you with my feedback in the hope that you will take it constructively and use it to improve your establishment. I would recommend reconsidering your reservation policies to avoid future issues with food quality.

Please give this place a try. We sat outside on the patio. It was a late lunch. The food was excellent and the service top notch. We are looking forward to eating dinner here soon!

Smoked wings, guacamole, tacos, and tamales were all very good. Appreciate the gluten-free menu. Nice patio atmosphere. Main downside is high prices.

The food was great 👍🏾 compliments to the chef. The drinks were even better 👍🏾compliments to the bartender. Our waiter name was David C was not so great. he was standoff-ish after I chose not to order from the specialty drink menu. David came to the table with energy but after I told him I wanted to order something that was not on the menu his whole demeanor changed. When he returned with my drink he condescendingly said “I hope you enjoy that drink”. His tone was off and after giving the drink to me he turned and just walked away before we could ask for something else. We even called his name and he just kept walking. After a long period of time, he returned to our table to take our order by just standing in front of the table and looking at us. I assumed he was ready to order so we gave our order and he left again. After we ate our food he returned to take our plates and we attempted to make small talk with him to see if he’ll engage with us and he just was off beat and not interested. The host said happy birthday to me and was more engaging than him. So, if I return I wouldn’t want him as my waiter. His service was trash. But the establishment was beautiful and the food and drinks was delicious.

The service was excellent. The server recommends Rio Suave for the drink, it was refreshing, fresh and perfect. Also the food was great.

Waiter was fantastic! Management also went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience. My salmon plate and shrimp tacos were delicious. I can’t wait to go back!
