I was in Omaha on business, and it's always difficult to find vegan food options when I'm on the road. Thus, I was very grateful to have learned about Modern Love from a DD&D show and it lived up to its billing. We split the nachos molo which were amazing (and huge), and I had the Mushroom Fried Chick’n and my colleague had the Classic Mac & Shews. Everything was delicious, loaded with flavor, and the portion sizes were generous. Great place that I'll definitely revisit the next time I'm in Omaha.

It was a great restaurant, food was amazing, staff was super attentive, and it was cute and quiet even though full of people. Definitely going to go back.

We had classic Mac n shews, cauliflower wings and a kale salad. Only the kale salad was disappointing. Way too many capers and when paired with the salty mushroom bacon it was way too salty. There was too much creamy dressing as well. Will not order again.

My wife and I have been eating at Modern Love for years. We both feel the food has declined. The server was less than adequate. Never checked on us, did not pick-up our dishes afterwards and frankly seemed uninterested in us being there at all.

I would recommend Modern Love to all food lovers, do not miss out on this place if you are not vegan. My wife and I are not vegan but like to try new and different foods. We saw this place on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and liked what we saw. The restaurant was busy the entire time we were there a Saturday evening, with both eat in and carry out. The reservation certainly helped and seemed appreciated by the host. The menu was unique and fun. We tried the best Ruben and the mushroom chick’n. Both were delicious and very filling. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a new experience in a cool local spot in midtown.

By far my favorite vegan restaurant ever! And I used to live in Scottsdale where there were tons of vegan option restaurants. This one is just so good versing with flavor. Great value in Great Ambiance Great everything could not recommend enough.

If you wanted it, they were out of it. They didn’t have mozzarella balls, no lemonade, out of several entrees, and only had cookies and a few ice cream choices. I felt bad for the server that had to give the bad news every time we tried to order something. They always have good food but I don’t feel confident going there since I can’t count on them having what’s on their menu.
