Ce penthouse luxueux, ouvert depuis 1965, a atteint de nouveaux sommets après avoir été réaménagé de façon spectaculaire. Grâce à un nouveau salon, les clients bénéficient d'une plus belle vue sur la ligne d'horizon. Le restaurant franco-américain met en valeur les produits locaux dans des plats anciens comme les crevettes bleues grillées accompagnées de shishitos roussis et le flétan d'Alaska rôti à la poêle avec du maïs.

Had wonderful birthday celebration at Mister A’s. Food was phenomenal. We ordered the baguette, tuna, pork belly, scallops, tenderloin, brussel sprouts, & lemon dessert. Everything was amazing!

We had an incredible dinner for a very special friend of ours, who really enjoyed her birthday at Mister A’s. Our server Colby was amazing. She handled everything perfectly. Fam recently dined at Mister As for Mothers day celebration and i was blown away by the incredible experience. The service was top-notch, the ambiance was elegant and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, and the flavors were outstanding. Enjoyed Mother's Day Brunch at Mr. A's. Fabulous views, atmosphere, and service. Great location for celebrating special occasions! Only small hiccup - in my opinion the eggs in the Benedict were undercooked - otherwise, everything else was great!

I invited my mom and sister to have dinner in this beautiful restaurant last Friday 5/10 for Mother's day. The overall pleasing experience and warm service is felt since you make a reservation till you leave from the parking lot. The food is delicious! We ordered risotto, lamb rack and raviollis... all 3 plates were delicious, good size portions and even they accommodated to my mom's food wish list. Our waiter was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu and did great recommendations too. The view is just inspiring from any table. We thank the Chef and the full restaurant crew for making this day memorable through their food, quality and warm service and unique San Diego ' views. This is a MUST visit! they also have an open roof bar! come and visit!

Still love this place after 30+ years! Last night’s server, in particular, crushed it. Christian, your personality, knowledge, and joie de vivre in your service is so refreshing and endearing. Beautiful way to spend my Dad’s birthday, he enjoyed every minute. In-season halibut entree recommended. Complimentary dessert to celebrate was a nice touch. Mr. A’s has become a bustling night scene, changing with the times while the familiar sunset skyline view never disappoints.

Dinner was AMAZING! Drinks took awhile, but the taste of them made up for the wait. We went for our honeymoon , and we will definitely be back again for our anniversary.💗

We finally made it Mister A’s and had a wonderful evening. We sat on the patio and were extremely comfortable. The food was very good, we really enjoyed the sides that came with the dishes. Everything hit the mark and was worth it.

I grew up in San Diego and went to Mister A's in the late-1980's. When my wife and I were planning a long weekend in San Diego in the Little Italy/Balboa Park area I knew I had to return. I read about the new ownership and extensive renovations. We had Saturday night reservations and oh, wow! What an experience! The new Mister A's reminded me of the way formal dining used to be but alas is no longer. The maitre d' manages the dining room with "scheduled finesse." We arrived early to sit at the beautiful bar overlooking Balboa Park and the planes on approach. My martini (extra dry, stirred not shaken) was perfect. We were seated at our table with a view promptly at our reservation time. We had french onion soup that was perfect and the rack of lamb (and my wife's osso buco) was perfect. Our pinot noir was complimentary to our meal. The service was impeccable - friendly and efficient. I absolutely love the new Mister A's and will be back soon! If I were a local I would hang out the bar once a week!

Lovely dinner. Beautiful view. Staff was very attentive. Felt bad for our server as the people behind us sent their bread back. Insanity. The bread is delicious. We had a lovely meal. Can't wait to go return.
