We opened our doors in August 2014 with a vision of greatness: great drinks, food, and atmosphere, with a chill, unassuming vibe. A come-as-you-are locale, where everyone — from local to the traveler — is welcomed. Insider or outsider, there’s a seat at the bar just for you.

Located just blocks from the Oceanside Pier, join us in our industrial-chic lounge with two large garage doors which make you feel like you're dining outside, or on our heated and dog-friendly patio, from lunch to late night. Enjoyed it and exactly as advertised. The buffalo style wings were a good twist for the better.

Mission Avenue was just okay. We went on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00p and there were only 2 other tables occupied. The service was quick and our waitress was very kind and attentive. We ordered wings and brussel sprouts for the appetizer and the grilled cheese with tomato soup and braised short ribs for our entrees. The two highlights from our food order was 1) the brussel sprouts are something I highly recommend as they were delicious and you receive a large portion and 2) the braised short ribs were terrible. We had to send them back cause the taste was just not there. As mentioned earlier it was okay, but I don’t plan on returning nor recommending this restaurant to anyone else.

The burger was good the fries were better. The Mexican Caesar salad was just ok. It wasn’t large enough to be a meal. I asked for chicken with it but they only had chicken thighs which wouldn’t have been good in a salad.

This was a great spot, we sat outside on a Sunday afternoon and it was a great experience. The staff was quick and attentive. The food is great, good size portions, good food. It is relatively quiet, even sitting along side the street. I had a peanut butter coffee cocktail, That was great. The smoke ribs grilled cheese: excellent. Spicy bbq wings; outstanding. Great experience, I will definitely go back again. Great ambience, great neighborhood to walk around.

First time. Great location and layout. Very casual. Food and drinks were good. Great bartender and service was great. definitely come back. I like the atmosphere.

A wonderful experience. Tremendous food and wonderful service. The owner was there and talked with most everyone in the restaurant. We had the green chili pork fries and the mission burger. They were both outstanding. If you have not been to Mission Avenue, I strongly recommend you go.

We never got to eat here. I made a lunch reservation using Open Table weeks before we planned to be there. The day of the reservation I battled the streets trying to find parking. I finally parked and walked to the restaurant only to find they didn’t open until late afternoon! This was to be a birthday celebration for a friend. Luckily I was able to find and depend on another restaurant in Oceanside Harbor that accommodated us. So ignore the Open Table availability and the restaurant’s website. Makes me wonder about their management practices.
