We had a fantastic dinner here. The staff was amazing, they got us in and out before our theater show. The atmosphere is super fun and hip. But the food was really unique, super flavorful, and the portions were not astronomical. Perfect in every way. Can’t wait to come back.

The service is excellent. Welcoming and attentive! I dined with 3 friends and we had mixed opinions about the food. I had the classica Margherita pizza and it was fine but too bland for my liking. One friend had a pasta with white sauce. She said the sauce was the best she ever had but could not enjoy it because the pasta was undercooked and rubbery. Another friend had chicken and it had no appeal. We had expected much better food in light of all the good reviews we read before coming, so we did not try dessert. Decor is dated and the upholstered seating not very comfy. Our table was very wobbly. We asked our waiter if he could fix it and he was gracious and did so immediately. That was much appreciated!

Chicken and waffles were delicious. Server was friendly but chatted loudly with the two hostesses right in front of us for about 10 minutes before ever even greeting us and made a bloody mary that was warm on the bottom. She barely checked on us, the bill was wrong, but someone else was quick to correct it for us. At least the food was tasty!

The space is so cute! Everyone enjoyed their food…Ricky’s omelette was a hit. The farmer was okay but should have come with toast. The bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly. Kelsey was a dream. She got every order perfect.

This place was incredible. We went on a weekday for brunch and had the place almost to ourselves. My wife is gluten free and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The chicken and waffles were the stand out dish. Absolutely delicious.

Food was fabulous but the serving sizes were small for the price. We had an appetizer which was was delicious so we ended up with plenty of food. Drinks were very good and service was excellent.

I’ve ate at many Chicago area Italian restaurants. This one was adequate. Nothing to write home about. They did have an amazing appetizer though. Glazed carrots with whipped feta.

This place is for people who still work late hours downtown and have nowhere else quiet to go. Pasta dish was rubbery and unimaginative. Just pasta and sauce - not even a sprig of parsley! They didn't even offer parmesan cheese with it!! Bubbly was old and had hardly any bubbles left in it. Service was ok.

Not our usual pre-theater brunch place but it was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is sun filled and the seating arrangements are quite cozy and comfortable. We had a great waiter; very attentive. The portions were generous and the food nicely presented and enjoyable. They pour a very generous mimosa and don't rush you to clear their tables. We will be back.

I went to Miss Ricky’s for my birthday and had Brookie as my waitress. She was so kind and chatted Bravo with me. She made the dinner great by providing us with amazing rosé and a thoughtful dessert. The food was absolutely delicious too. I would absolutely return for any occasion.

To few servers for amount of people they were serving. Had to remind over 30 mins to bring coffee, then 30 mins to bring cream. Very unorganized.

Think we caught this place on an off-night. Service was just okay. When I mentioned that I came for the chicken and waffles (after reading many favorable online reviews), the waiter told me that the dish was only served until 3 p.m. Then he offered a list of late-night breakfast buffet places where we could go instead. Lol-- not what I was looking for on a Saturday night. We stayed. My dining partner had a pasta dish and it was excellent. My dinner was okay. Maybe I couldn't get past the chicken/waffle disappointment.

I love the Virgin Hotel line, but I feel given the age of this facility, it needs to be refreshed. Regarding the restaurant specifically, the banquet and chairs sit too low for the table we were at, and the table itself was wobbly.

Our serve was so sweet to us! We went two days in a row from the experience we had. The food was delicious, and just an awesome crew there!

Terrific, as always. Homemade pasta, great wine and meats. Awesome staff. What’s not to love? Our fave neighborhood joint.

The food was very disappointing, especially the spaghetti; tasted like store bought sauce. Horribly expensive for the quality. The staff were very nice.

We also take pride in our servers and their excellent ways of service! And I had octopus for the first time here!
