The food wasn't particularly Mediterranean. The chicken schnitzel was like chicken fried steak and served with mashed potatoes. The dirty spaghetti came out with just tomatoes and pasta, so the waiter came back with a bowl of cold olives and cheese later. the falafel appetizer was very good and the wine reasonable. Cute place, really wanted to like it.

We went for brunch and everything was great! We especially loved the Shakshouka and Bourekas. The setting was beautiful, and the server was knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a fabulous evening at Misa. Ambiance was lovely. Loved the Open windows & all the strings of lights outside. We ate inside and it wasn’t loud. The service was great. We had such a nice waiter who was very accommodating. Food was very tasty! We each ordered something different and loved it. We had 2 vegetarians in our party and they were so happy with the selection. Cocktails were solid. Honestly we were satisfied with everything! Thank you Misa for a fantastic birthday dinner.

Loved all of the appetizers we tried, especially the buratta salad. The cod entree wasn’t our favorite though. Everything had lots of great flavors!

We had been looking forward to trying Misa and were not disappointed. We ordered the potato flatbread and the burrata salad and both were amazing! There were verbal “wow”s from both of us after taking our first bite of the flatbread. We intended to order entrees, but we ate every last crumb from the appetizers. So now we have an excellent excuse to return to try more of their amazing food.

I think they must be under new ownership because the food was terrible. The Avocado Bruschetta was avocado and chimichuri sauce served on white toast, like Bunny Bread, white toast! Once we got that as our appetizer we weren’t expecting much from our entrees. And they too were terrible. The wait staff were excellent and the drinks were good. But the food was so bad we will not be going back.

Our server Trent was phenomenal and great at communicating with the kitchen my wife’s allergies and providing an excellent meal and experience. Great vibe and location.

This was a surprise find and we will be back! We were looking for Christmas Day brunch and liked the menu online and are so happy we decided to give it a shot. Service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the vibe is very cool. We will recommend MISA to friends anytime!

Misa was recently renovated and it looks very good. We started with a Pomegranate, Orange San Pellegrino which was very good! We had a Tuna Tartar where the tuna flavor was overridden by the spices it was in, so not so good. The Lamb Shank looked good, but there was virtually no taste of the lamb at all. My wife did enjoy her salmon dish. Overall, we were disappointed that the food was not up to par.

The calamari was undercooked. The paellas, which I usually love, was not good: mussels overcooked, tomatoes soggy and stringy, even shrimp overcooked with an overall fishy smell. Appreciated the, much needed, extra rice. I’ve eaten paella in many places including Spain and South America but this was very different. Was very disappointed. Even the by the glass white wine selection limited Love love the renovation but won’t be back. Sorry! I’ve recommended to others based on previous experience but something drastically changed! Sorry!

Decided to try something different in the city and Misa did not disappoint! We got there a little after 5:00 on a Sunday and it was very quiet. Romantic, amazing food and service!

Lovely Sunday brunch. Food was excellent and service attentive and friendly. Best dishes were avocado bruschetta, house omelette,and shakshouka. Quiet, sunny space. Would happily return.

What a gem! Not knowing where to stay and eat in New Orleans as tourists, we spent most of our trip primarily in the popular touristy areas like the French Quarter. Fortunately for us we decided to go to a different area for dinner this night and found this fabulous spot. Indoor/outdoor dining, fantastic food, great staff. The burrata tomato salad was crisp and fresh, my salmon was one of the best I've ever had, and the creme brulee was lovely. Our waiter was attentive and great too. The whole neighborhood is fantastic, with tons of great shops. Wish we would have had the trip focus on uptown/the garden district instead!

Was thrown off my unevenness of menu. Ate in the dears. No table lamps outside and no light period after dark on patio. Strange. Service was mid at best. The one food item of note was a cauliflower curry but the price didn’t reflect value.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed, MISA! Everything was great, and we especially appreciated the attention to detail. A person in our party noticed the hummus spot next door and mentioned they’d like to try it sometime. Our waiter must have overheard this comment and kindly came over to tell him that both restaurants are actually owned by the same person, and if he’d like to try anything from over there he would bring over a menu! Safe to say, we had a great time! Our waiter, Benjamin, was fantastic. We loved the hot apple spring rolls!

Tal is GREAT. Everything was prepared so well, and felt so authentic. Our calamari came out so fresh and tender, with an amazing sauce and grilled onions. Such a good atmosphere and homey vibe with great Music right off Magazine. Everyone should try this place with friends. The atmosphere really was like I was at my best friends house. Will be going back very soon.

We were greeted by staff immediately and offered indoor seating or outdoor seating. We were served drinks and appetizers. We ordered the hummus appetizer which was delicious. I ordered the sweet potato ravioli and my date ordered the lamb shank. We shared both which was out of this world delicious. We ended with the crack pie which was very special. I was not able to finish the entire pie so I brought it home and had the rest for breakfast with a coffee the next day. I can't wait to go back to Misa!

No AC. Hotter than hell, which should have been noted when res was made. Menu wasn’t same as online. Should have been changed. “Roasted chicken “ were two boneless cuts which were basically unidentifiable as dark or white. Not edible Shrimp app was good. Bread not delivered until asked. It was not pita or whole grain or French. It was more like a hot dog roll

Came here for brunch on 7/28/23 with a group of 12 women for my friend’s bachelorette weekend! We were seated outside, their patio is covered with unique fabrics and curtains and has fans so it was definitely warm/hot, but very pleasant. Our server, I can’t remember her name but she was the only one who waited on us that day, was excellent! She was very nice, efficient, and helpful with recommendations and answering questions we had about the menu. She kept our mimosa glasses full and the table clear of dirty dishes! The ambience and decor were very eclectic. The vibrancy of the venue itself added to the overall experience in a very pleasant way. The food itself was fantastic! I personally had the Israeli breakfast, and it was delicious, the panna cotta was very unique, almost yogurty, and a perfect sweet “side” to go with my savory meal (I say side because it’s actually on their dessert menu lol). My only complaint is that my poached eggs weren’t runny, but given the fact that everything else was perfect, and slamming a kitchen with 12 entrees at once is A LOT, this place is still getting 5 stars all around from all 12 of us! If you’re looking in New Orleans for a good Mediterranean brunch (or dinner—the menu for that looked great as well), with great service, look no further than here!

No indoor AC tables at 90F outside, it was extremely uncomfortabl. Food was good but service was very slow (with only 4 tables).

We lucked out because the night was beautiful and the restaurant was not busy but we had great food, wonderful service and just a delightful time. Recommend the laban and the spicy fish. All the food was good.

TL;DR - Really nice people, but slow and wonky systems with a poor yum to $$ ratio. We arrived at 1:30p on a Sunday and received limited brunch menus. Some other people seated at the same time seemed to have fuller menus. I ordered a burger, which was fine, but would have ordered something different (mussels) if I had the full menu. Also, three different people seemed to be serving our table at different times. I don’t mind having multiple servers, but it made it difficult to know who to flag down for questions, orders, etc. and was probably not too fun for the servers themselves. The food was fine - perhaps a little meh for the price - but wow it was slow. I’d like to reiterate again that everyone was kind and attentive. I think MISA’s issues are at the management level.
