Ramadan Iftar Meal Experience For the Ramadan iftar meal, I ordered the Kafta Belsineya, which came with a selection of sides including dates, soup (which was unfortunately not served), spring rolls stuffed with cheese, Katayef with Nutella, and a Fattouch salad. *Kafta Belsineya* The Kafta Belsineya, a traditional Syrian dish, was below average and did not match the picture. It had an abundance of spices, which overpowered the dish. *Fattouch Salad* The Fattouch salad was also below average. The vegetables appeared and tasted old, lacking the freshness one would expect from this vibrant, flavorful dish. *Cheese Rolls and Katayef* On a more positive note, the cheese rolls and the Katayef with Nutella were delicious. These items were the highlights of the meal. *Compensation for Missed Soup* When I complained that the soup was not served, the restaurant compensated by providing additional Katayef with Nutella and tea, which was a thoughtful gesture. *Overall Impression* While the meal had some disappointing elements, the restaurant's willingness to make amends for the missed soup and the enjoyment of the cheese rolls and Katayef suggest that this establishment may be worth another visit, with the hope that the quality and consistency of the dishes can be improved.

Service was bad we waited an hour and a half just for tea and some grilled meats. We book for the special Iftar menu and were told that we couldn’t get it anymore. Disappointing. We settled for grilled meats since we were starving. We had to ask 3 times for the tea and some sauce. Waiters ignored us. We asked for something to munch on since it was too much. We were given hummous and pita which were ok. Food is generous and tea was good but wont go back

The two staff were very helpful. They helped me and my fiance with taking nice pictures and also filming us when I got on one knee. :-)

It was a good experience, we really loved the decoration in this restaurant. Friendly service and cozy seats. However, I was a bit disappointed of the choices for drinks as well as the insane amount of fries with the plates and nothing else. Also, there should be more mid-ranged plates, between the 20$ and 50$ ones, a plate with more vegetables, a healthier meal than only fries.

It’s better than most middle eastern restaurants, theres some lack of taste to their taouk and kafta but everything else was super good. Note that Theres no alcohol there

Terrible experience and we do regretted it. If you can't cope with Holidays Season lunch load, simply don't open. Running a full packed restaurant with 2 waiters is absolutely not a smart business decision. Mixed Grills beef and taouk were nicely done. Kafta very dry and tasteless ( definitely old in ur kitchen) Over used Molasses is many dishes killed the original taste (since when vine leaves is swimming with Molasses sauce) Highly not recommended Lentil soup came with a piece of French fries in it.. Thank you

It doesn't look like much from outside, down a side street and up some stairs, but the service is gracious and unrushed, and the portions were not only generous but really very good. I've had falafel pitas lots of places but this one not only had lots of extra pickled veggies but was grilled - yum! The table next to us had a birthday & they got a special b-day song on the sound system and a sparkler-topped cake. A real gem.

Très bon repas, généreux, goûteux, belle variété de plats du Moyen-Orient. Le service était excellent et sympathique. Le personnel était attentionné et souriant. Musique d'ambiance orientale, juste assez forte, pas trop. Décor "marocain". On va y retourner c'est certain. Le seul bémol est qu'on ne peut pas accompagner le repas d'alcool (ni vin, ni bière).

Great quality, authentic, reasonably priced, middle eastern food. Def coming back again! Service was a bit slow (had to call up the waiter as she wasn't around), but overall good experience.

We had chicken Shish Tahouk and Fattoush salad. This my first time eating Shish Tahouk where the chicken didn't taste as good as expected. Service was also an issue - they brought water pitcher without glasses, salad and main course (to share) without plates to share - each time we had to get their attention to get the glasses and dishes.

We had an amazing lunch. Would say they might have been short-staffed, not many customers but we still had to wait a long time for service, water re-fill, our food. Had to go get assistance a couple of times since we were all on the clock / had to get back to work. So if time is an issue - might recommend ordering ahead of time. Otherwise, lovely waitress, loved the decor and music, and when all the food arrived...oh my - a most wonderful feast. Delicious, fresh and such distinctive flavors. A first time for many from our group but now a revelation and certainly not the last time!

It was a pleasure serving you on your visit and we appreciate you taking the time to rate and review our establishment. As we explained to you before, you came to us with a screenshot of an old Instagram story for a buffet service that is only available on Saturdays. We mentioned in our ad that "PRICES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE". Moreover, our new story and change of price were for the kids only and were posted on April 6th. We were generous and still offered you a refund but you declined.
