Another wonderful dining experience. Food was great — as was the service. I stuck with the combination pasta dish, wife ordered the chicken parmigiana, friends selected the Marsala and tortellini. Again — flavorful, plentiful servings! Truly a gem of a restaurant.

We had an amazing time yesterday evening. We increase the size of our group and the host and manager were very accommodating. They put us in their private room where we had an excellent waitress. The food was incredible and much less expensive than I anticipated. My group loved this place and we will definitely be back again next time we’re in Omaha.

My wife and I thought the food was best Italian meal we’ve had in Omaha, even competing with some of restaurants in NYC (our roots). My wife selected the Shrimp Diablo and I went with the combo. Perfectly prepared, simply delicious. Had a chance too to meet Tony and Jaime, so very gracious and their passion to give their patrons a great dining experience is very evident. Oh — and try the cannolis for desert!

I had the seafood with the cheese ravioli in alfredo sauce, just wonderful. My wife had the manicotti and they were delicious too. A bit pricy but worth it, the down side is was in the billing, they attached a surcharge, like everybody else in town these days, of using a credit card, we paid cash but that wasn't broken out for us. We will be going back for sure.

Went here before the dan and shay concert. Found it on open table. What a great find. We had the caniloni and the trio of lasagna , Alfredo and chicken Parmesan. They give you roasted garlic, olive oil and seasoning and brucetta so good. Decently go to mio you will not be disappointed.

Haven't been to this location for years, and then, it was under different name and ownership. It's certainly changed. The look, the ambiance, the menu, the food...all different. I expect change when ownership changes, but we will not be returning soon. Took out-of-town family to dinner last night. We had a party of 7, and it was easy to get a reservation (clue?). The service was good. The food not so much. Bland, clumpy and gritty alfredo sauce, bland and non-noteworthy carbonara, and an underwhelming penne manzo diablo. It's too bad. I feel bad for the new ownership, and I hope they find their groove soon.

My buddy is mourning the recent loss of her mother. She’s not eaten much since Tuesday. So I got to spend one evening with her and I knew where I was going to bring her. MIO!! You can make reservations now and I was able to note what I was thinking how the evening would go. I wanted to make sure that I got the bill so I could make sure she ate well and spoil my friend! Keelan was our server and he was so great! The food was amazing!! The chef and who I believe was the manager came to check on us also. I had snuck off and gave my cc to Keelan and his timing was perfect. My friend had just pulled her card out and he had already closed it out and she was shocked! Thank you so much to Mio for helping me make my friend smile and feed her an excellent meal.

Great little find! The experience was great from our server Monique to the delicious bolognese sauce! We also had a wonderful bottle of Italian wine. The place was pretty full, so make reservations!

Monica was a great server. Felt she had quite a few tables. Little slow on food coming out, luckily the kids were being well behaved. Had theater to go to so made reservation for 4:00. We left at 5:45 and felt we had to kind of hurry at end to get there. Food was very good. Liked upgrades to ambiance since Le Sol Mio. Liked that the menu was much smaller.

Misty was the best waitress! The chef and his wife, also co-owner, came out to talk to us for a bit. The ambiance was so warm and everyone so welcoming and kind. Great food, large portions. Will come again!

We went with reservations for a party of 10 at 715. This was our first time here. Our server was an older woman, she was very kind and sweet. I feel she was overwhelmed by the amount of tables and I wonder if she was newer. We were seated at 715 and did not get our meals until 846. When meals were received, 4 of the 10 had substations to the meal which was never discussed nor brought to anyone's attention. It was not until meals were in front of us that we realized, 2 meals were made with tortellini instead of the stuffed ravioli that they were supposed to get, and 2 meals did not get their potatoes, instead they got very undercooked veggies. The server nor person bringing our food mentioned anything about this. When asked, we were simply told "must have run out ", while this would have been acceptable if it was discussed amd perhaps meal choices could have been changed, but paying $32+ for a meal, not to get what you ordered and not to get the courtesy of having a choice when they "must have run out" of what we ordered does not sit well. I surely would have chosen a different side rather than the very hard undercooked veggies that I received. While the server was sweet, service was very slow. We were there for over 2 hours. While yes, it was a Saturday evening, I feel that the hour and 35 minutes we waited for our meals was not normal, and the biggest disappointment was the lack of communication regarding our meals prior to getting what we got.

It was okay. Our Server was great, very nice lady. Drinks were good. I had the Limoncello martini and my husband had the Italian Margarita. The scallop appetizer seemed to be frozen scallops from a grocery store. Maybe they were just over-cooked.. My husbands NY Strip steak was pretty good. I got the Pasta Ala Mio and was excited to try it. When our food came a plate of tri-color tortellini was placed in front of me instead of ravioli. I am not a tortellini fan so was confused, as was our Server when I questioned what it was. She brought it back to the kitchen and shortly returned saying they ran out of ravioli and that was the replacement. The problem is, why wouldn't someone come ask me if I was okay with this change? I DEFINITELY would have changed my order to something else. Obviously by the time I was advised of the change, my husband was waiting to eat his steak that was getting cold. I didn't want him to wait on me so I dealt with this change. The sun-dried tomatoes in the dish were also very chewy. For the price you would think someone in the kitchen would say, "Hey. Lets let our customers know there is a change in pasta, and see if they want the menu item still." We ended with the tiramisu which was not traditional. Almost like it was made with cool whip. Lo Sole Mio was our spot for special occasions, so we were excited to try this place. Unfortunately I think we will have to find another.

Loved it! We hadn't been here since they went under new ownership and just went last night and it was great! Food was amazing and service was quick. The main dining room where we sat felt a little too loud for our comfort level to have a conversation, but overall loved it. Will definitely make it one of our go-to's, but will ask to sit in the front of the house near the bar instead of the main dining room next time as the noise level was much quieter up there!

My steak tasted as if it was boiled. 2 others at my table tried it and felt the same. Very chewy. I had to get up from my table and seek out a water refill
