A boutique family owned gastronomic restaurant on the South Coast of NSW. We operate 3 course lunch menu ($99pp) and a 6 course set menu dinner ($130pp).

Head chef Jan Semmelhack is a unique creator, focused on the superb local produce of the South Coast which results in a unique dining experience. Originally from Germany, Jan was the head pastry chef in two Michelin star restaurant in Berlin. Be sure to try his exceptional desserts to complete your Mimosa sensory adventure!

Our wine list has been curated to highlight snippets of the best of Australian & New Zealand wines. We showcase small, up and coming producers, as well as some of the more established winemakers. Due to our continued commitment to sustainability, we favour growers who embrace organic & biodynamic farming practices.

The service, ambiance and food are lovely at Mimosa wines. The lunch service main course are quite small. Additional vegetables or salad would have been appreciated.

A stunning winery with beautiful views. The food was outstanding. Each dish was excellent in taste and presentation with so many wonderful flavours all balanced perfectly. Great wine selection that suited the food choices. We just absolutely loved our dining experience. Thanks also to the wonderful staff including waiters and the owner and chefs who came to say hello. We recommend others to the have this experience. We will come again FOR SURE !!!

Our party of four could not fault a single thing in regards to our recent lunch at Mimosa Winery. It is a stunning location for a special occasion - on this day a combined birthday celebration for two friends. The chef’s choice of menu was small (but perfectly adequate for lunch) and inspiring and the waitress explained each dish as it was served. The presentation of the food was worth mentioning also - very creative. There was just the right amount of time between each course so we never felt rushed. Both waitresses were helpful and knowledgeable and made the lunch a huge success. Well done and thank you to all at Mimosa Winery. PS. We enjoyed our surprise birthday cupcakes.

Peaceful outlook over the tops of surrounding bushland. Spacious setting. Dishes were a feast for eyes and tastebuds, beautifully presented with surprising taste bursts. Elegant fine glassware. Excellent wine list. Informative, non intrusive staff. Our negatives: Rather chunky crockery. Teapot did not poor well. Music a little too loud and not so relaxing.

Very inspiring food - we did wine pairing and was amazing - luckily did not have to drive as was staying in the vineyard cottage. Very memorable and super happy to highly recommend Thanks to Trang for being such a wonderful host and to the chefs for outstanding food!!

Fabulous interesting food for lunch. Loved the combination of flavours and textures. Staff had great knowledge of every dish and service was friendly and professional. Great location, great food and looking forward to returning to experience dinner degustation. Thank you.

I invited creative executive level tv and movie friends to lunch when they were staying with me this week. They live in the Adelaide Hills and are spoiled for choice when it comes to excellent artisinal food, restaurants and wines. They were thrilled and excited at the food offering, loved the North of Eden cocktails and are scouring the internet for your insane butter knives... It's rare to be really really excited by food, but the presentation, the flavours and the surprise ingredient combinations along with loads of really fresh local produce made it a stunning dining experience. The wine list is fabulous too, and we could have easily had a third bottle of the excellent Collector Tiger Tiger Chardonnay. Thank you!

Owner and waiting staff were very friendly and had hospitable. They had knowledge of all dishes and were very helpful with meal descriptions. Chef! I take my hat 🧢 to you for an amazing array of foods for every palate. Would have loved to have seen scollops on the menu- next time! Everything was superbly presented and was a delight to sit and talk with not too much noise. Will be back. Thanks again for a gf meal- I’m coeliac and often don’t have much of a choice so thanks!

Myself and my partner dined at mimosa wines last night and we were both impressed by all aspects of the experience. The standard of food was outstanding especially for the price and the service was genuine, as I said above it was all spot on. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful food in an amazing environment. Mimosa Wines doesn't disappoint. The dramatic and beautiful environment overlooking the bush, gives you a sense you are dining in the trees. The food is beautiful, although a few unusual choices such as cockles did discombobulate our taste buds. We have been a number of times and have always found the meals to be lovely, we will be back.

Last minute booking which Mimosa was able to accommodate. Great food. The staff had to speak up to discuss each plate and the noise levels from other guests were present. Overall, great place for an experience on your palate!

Absolutely amazing food matched perfectly with wines. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful. The view and venue are also amazing! 100/10 would recommend to anyone wanting an amazing experience at a really really decent price!

This is the best place to eat on the Far South Coast NSW. The food is fantastic despite the limited options, ( who needs them with these choices) will need to go back several times to try them all. Our lunch was beautiful in a marvelous setting. Can't wait to go back for dinner.
