We made reservations and the wait for reservations was 2 hours. Granted it was Mother’s Day but It seems they overbooked and lots of people were waiting. Reservations for large groups was not honored when smaller groups came in.

Easily the worst Mother's Day dining experience - over hour wait with reservations. We arrived at 12:55 for our 1pm reservation and were finally seated at 2:15pm. Hostess was doing her best, but several times during the wait we will witnessed open tables or tables that needed to be cleared/cleaned.

Had a 12:30 reservation in Mother’s Day. Seated at 1:45. Why did management take so many reservations and also accept walk ins? Very unfair to staff who hustled, did their best but were totally overwhelmed. Poor hostess was yelled at every 4 minutes. All because some general manager got greedy. Shameful leadership.

Had reservations. Seated us an hour and 15 minutes past our reservation time. “Said they weren’t counting on so many walk ins”…it was freaking Mother’s Day! Are you kidding me. Seemed like the restaraunt was run by teenagers.

I understand it was Mother’s Day, but what’s the point of making reservations if you aren’t going to get sat for an hour after your reservation time. And then another 20 minutes to get our order placed. It was busy, understandable. But they over booked and needed more staff.

I posted a low score because we had an 11:30 reservation and when we got there, it was raining outside and there must’ve been 20 people waiting outside the restaurant because it was body to body people waiting in the restaurant and they also all had reservations. It was an absolute experience waiting when we had a reservation. A lot of people waited two hours and we waited, about an hour and a half. It was so ridiculous and the hostess was not nice about it. I realize it was not her fault but she made it so much worse. The only reason I even gave two stars is because the food was really good and our waiter was very apologetic and worked hard. People waiting in line said that they had overbooked their reservations by a ton. It was Mother’s Day and they should know how to run things by now. we will go back on a regular day but will never ever go there for Mother’s Day.

Unfortunately, despite making a reservation for mother’s day, we wait 40 mins in a mob scene within the lobby with other very angry guests. It was obvious that restaurant overbooked these reservations intentionally. Guests so close that we were like sardines for 40 mins waiting on our supposed “reservations”. Once sat, they “ran out” of clean glasses and silverware!!! Another hr to get food. Ridiculous. Everyone looked miserable everywhere we turned. Very limited menu offered for today…another disappointment. However, I guess this was their plan in order to not have the kitchen crash due to their overbooking. You packed the house for one day and at what cost??? We wont be back.

It was Mother's Day, which is a wild day for restaurants. But, we had a reservation, and we waited over 20 minutes past it to be seated. Then, another 20 minutes without a server greeting us. My husband had to go find someone. They were only offering an abbreviated menu. Then the food took an hour, and my husband got the wrong thing. And it was cold! Not impressed overall.

Hated that limited Brunch menu was only menu option.... They were short staffed and it was obvious ... Food also wasn't very good.....

Visited respond Mother’s Day and Karen was our waiter. She was very nice and checked on us often.
