Ambiance and food very nice, as in prior visits they have , like many restaurants, staff shortages so initial service slow. Once things got going it was fine.

The food was very good and the environment very clean and modern. Service was lack luster and nothing much in the way of a view. It would be nice if their roof top was open for diners to enjoy a view. I would return.

Dreadful with large amounts of comedic ineptitude. My cocktail advertised Rittenhouse rye, a standard of my home bar, but tasted of a watered-down inferior whiskey. The drink was cloudy and tasteless. Our wine for the evening was a good bottle of Leviathan, another favorite. Alas, a search of the “cellar” proved to have no bottle of such. OK, I opted for a glass of a Shiraz. Again, the “cellar” was empty. The bar did manage to entertain however by continually dropping glassware and utensils that resounded in the dining room of more staff than guests. Perhaps the chef could save this beverage nightmare. No. An heirloom tomato salad with the beautiful tomatoes hidden under a mass of watercress greens - definitely not the arugula the menu stated. Did the kitchen substitute or not know the difference? This unseasoned mess sat atop a pesto that seemed to lack olive oil and basil but did contain something chalk-like. The entree featured what was once an auspicious Cresti di Gallo pasta boiled until the rooster’s comb falls off reducing the proud bird to a soggy elbow macaroni. Pair this sad noodle with an unseasoned tomato purée sauce that broke into a watery soup and add a heaping glop of green to the top to achieve the greatness of a poorly made hamburger helper. Fortunately, this rapid fire succession of dismal dining allowed time to jet across town to a real restaurant for wine and dessert. Although the dining room is beautiful and the staff plentiful, Milo lacks…

The friendly service was the only positive. We had reservations for Mother’s Day brunch. No where on the website did it say that it was a brunch buffet. I was expecting to be able to order menu items. We were quite disappointed to see the buffet as the only dining option on arrival. And the price was absolutely outrageous, $60 per person not including drinks, tip or tax. For that price, I’d expect the food to be exceptional. But it was store bought pastries, fake eggs and every dish was cold. The quality was similar to a holiday inn continental breakfast. I was sad because my Mother’s Day brunch was a total bust. We won’t be returning.

Food was tasty. Enjoyed Caesar salad with grilled chicken and the Roasted half chicken. Soup of the day was good. Drinks a little pricey.

Service was iffy after being seated. Very pretty restaurant. Eggs overcooked. $4.00 for a regular plain coffee is a bit much. Bacon and breakfast potatoes were really good!
