    Fantastic dinner. We split the 49oz tomahawk steak. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. The table-side Cesar salad was amazing! Overall, wonderful meal and outstanding service.

    The service was outstanding. The food was good, but the price is a bit steep. I didn't think it was worth the price. But it's definitely a good experience. The ceasar salad was the most expensive ceasar salad I've ever had, but they do make it fresh right in front of you. The truffle fries were good, but not really worth the cost. The filet mignon was just ok and the chicken picatta was bland. I appreciate the creativity of it but there's not much taste to it. We got the mango and the chocolate cake for dessert. While the mango looked interesting the inside was just mango & cream, which isn't all that. Overall good experience.

    My wife and I went here on our honeymoon as a kind of splurge dinner experience. It did not disappoint! Everything from the cocktails to the food was amazing. Definitely worth getting the table side Cesar salad. It might sound gimmicky, but it really is fun to be walked through all the ingredients and the flavor was awesome! We split the NY Strip which was cooked perfectly and paired it with blackened shrimp. Outstanding! Not to be overlooked from the whole experience was the wait staff. Anymore today it feels like waiters are aloof or you don’t see them but twice. Once at the beginning to take your order, and once to give you the check. The wait staff at Miller and Lux are to be commended for their attentiveness, personable approach and knowledge of the menu. We are so glad we went and will definitely go again next time we’re in San Fran!!

    For the price I didn’t feel it compared to other nice steakhouses in SF. Our steaks didn’t come out hot.. more like warm. They were sliced which was nice but again not very warm. That was disappointing. We ordered the table side prepared Caesar salad and that was delicious.

    Not inexpensive but a great experience. The tomahawk steak is out of this world. The desserts are beautiful and taste great! They have a champagne cart too!

    Great drinks, great wine, great service. Oysters were great, filets were delicious, New York’s were good but not the best I’ve had. Solid 4.2 experience

    Yes it is expensive and the food is of a high quality. There was a large party of 4-5 booths when we dined so the noise level was probably somewhat elevated, but this didn’t at all impact the level of service which was near flawless. Even more impressive was that Chef Tyler was not only visibly present but even provided table Service for certain dishes (Dover sole, cheesecake) but also made effort to come to our table to greet us. A modern twist on a classic steakhouse experience.
