The hostess seated us as soon as we arrived, which was good. But no server came. We waited almost 25 minutes. No server took our food/drink order or even brought us water. We simply packed up and left.

The waitress had a poor attitude about our complaint about food arriving well after others were served who arrived after us. Also food order arrived wrong. The eggs Bennie had the smallest English muffin I've ever seen....obviously ordered that way to be stingy. The fried potatoes were soggy. Very disappointing for mothers day!

Thursday lunch for four. Ambient noise level made it hard to have a conversation. The meat in my wife’s steak sandwich was tough and chewy, and the ‘carmelized” onions were closer to raw, so they had a very strong flavour. I ordered the Thai green curry with chicken and it was so salty I could hardly eat it. This was after I requested easy on the salt. Our server was excellent. I’ve had better meals here before won’t rush back.

There were 4 of us and we are picky eaters. Everyone ordered something different and all 4 were surprised at the quality and taste of our meals. Thanks to the chef. Our server was also very good and we were impressed with him and the service he gave. Sorry I'm a senior and forgot your name.

first course was very cold meatballs. Second course shrimp was only cooked on one side. Dessert creme brulle was without any crust. Nice staff and compensation given on half price bottle of wine.

Our waitress was AMAZING! My daughter ordered the fish tacos, like she does every year for her birthday, but this year found them WAY to spicy. our wonderful server got another order coming with everything on the said, but i think it was the coleslaw that was doing it. She didn't eat her second order either. I had ordered the Spicy Salmon and Tuna on cripsy rice from the dine around menu. While the sushi was good, the rice was horrible. IT was definitely NOT crispy, but rather seemed like days old rice that was shaped into a rectangle. I scooped the sushi off, ate that and left the rice. For dinner i had the chimchurri sirloin and that was DELICIOUS! So was the Tiramisu. All in all, the waitress made our night, but we probably won't be back for the birthday dinner next year.

Went to Milestones for family dinner Sunday. Service was very slow, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t at all busy. Pop was completely flat, they did bring new ones when we asked. My husband made a special request for his meal and they didn’t modify as they said they would. Small portions for the price. Used to love Milestones but this visit was mediocre at best.

Service was good but food was all very spicy. I like spicy but EVERYTHING was way too spicy for all 6 of us for lunch. A warning about how much spicy it was might have been helpful. But food was al very good but just far too spicy. 🌶️

The lunch is very limited. I ordered the M Bowl and when it came it was missing two of the listed ingredients. The great waitress was kind enough to go to the kitchen and get the missing items.

Regrettably, our experience at Milestone in Kelowna fell short of expectations. Our visit at 6:30 PM was met with disappointment as the New Year special, prime rib, had already sold out. Opting for the sirloin, we were surprised to receive a very small steak accompanied by lukewarm frozen vegetables. The disappointment continued when the dessert from the kids' menu arrived – an ice cream sandwich served in a Chapman wrapper. This dining experience leaves us with the impression that the restaurant has unfortunately declined in quality.

Hello, my apologies for selling out of the prime rib, it is unfortunately a limited quantity item, as it roasts low and slow for several hours. The sirloin on the New Years menu is a 5 oz steak with the lobster ravioli, compared to our other steak, it is a smaller steak. The kids ice cream sandwich stays wrapped from the facility to ensure it remains peanut free for and children with a peanut allergy. I had the wedge salad and I was a happy camper. Right amount of everything. Taste was what I was hoping for a got - a rich blue cheese. My husband had the wagyu meatloaf and he liked it so much said he’d go back just for that. (Doesn’t happen often). Our son had the 1989 burger and it really is one of the better burgers out there. Server was great.

Ordered on OpenTable - front desk did not see. Food was ‘okay’. The salad we ordered was small, not worth the money and did not taste good - very limited items on the plate. It was also forgotten about. We had a gift card, but would not go back.

Always like Milestones. Tonight was off though. Ran out of mashed potatoes at 5pm and no prime rib left either. The restaurant was half full at the time. Drinks were good as ever, and our server was excellent. Hopefully better next time

Really bad service. We came during lunch and waited an hour to have our order taken for drinks. It took even longer to order food and then when it did come, they gave me the wrong order. Not sure if they were just understaffed, but overall a terrible experience.
