    The food was good. It did take a while for food to come out and they forgot our rice so a server had to bring it out. Overall good service.

    I do not usually leave reviews, but my friends and I were treated very poorly here. First, we were told that it was reservation only so we went online and made one, and then when we came back to check in, we overheard another person telling a group of people that they could wait 45 minutes if they wanted the exact same thing we had to make a reservation for. Then when we were sat down, the Ipad is supposed to be restarted from the party before but we did not know that and sat't going through. We had to flag someone down for help. The guy who was working last night, don't know his name, ignored us the entire time, but gladly helped other tables. We weren't explained how the process went for All you can eat, but when a group came in after us, they immediately got the run down of how the process worked. It was just a poor experience all around and I always give servers and restaurant workers grace, but I felt really ignored last night.

    I will I could do a full review but unfortunately I can't. We decided to exit because of the new price layout. I enjoy the conveyor line for sushi my wife doesn't enjoy sushi but the bowls and Udon. My 7 year son only eats Udon because is allergies to eggs and peanut. We've been going there since 2018 before the new bar and redesign of the restaurant. This time we were told we all have to pay for the all you can eat in order to eat in the dining area by the conveyor belts if not we will be seated away and have to order al le carte. That just tore us apart we understand with how the restaurant has change but having this new policy distributed the family experience.

    The rules for this restaurant has changed again since our last visit. Now the conveyor belt sushi access is limited to AYCE patrons only. A la carte patrons must be seated at tables and order from the iPad. While the AYCE option is not super expensive (given the average cost of eating out nowadays), the quality of the sushi is just OK. Sushi lovers with a smaller appetite will get better value from going to a proper sushi restaurant and ordering fewer items of better quality for the same price. This is a good deal, however, for starving students/teenagers who can eat in quantities that will justify the price of admission. Overall, still a good place for unlimited food if you don't mind eating less than top notch sushi.

    There is an a la carte and a buffet side. The selection for the buffet seemed very limited so I chose the a la carte. The selection was just poor and the quality of the food was dismal. The sushi rice was dry and old. The appetiser came last before all the sushi. I just had the impression of the restaurant had no idea of what they were doing.

    Dissatisfied and disappointed. Not enough variety. Some very difficult to chew. Most of the staff are helpful and courteous. We got ran out of there for what I assumed was for taking too long and not eating enough?... Save your money and spend it somewhere else where you can eat and enjoy it better.

    First time trying the ayce, though I've been before a couple of times. This time it seemed like the chefs were having a hard time producing rolls. My girlfriend and I spent most of our time waiting for rolls to appear on the conveyor belt. The variety was lacking. The same 3 rolls kept coming by. We ended up eating a bunch of things we didn't really like because that's what was available. Weirdly when we tried to check out it took like 10-15 mins to get our check. Servers were either too busy or nobody really seemed to care.

    We had made a reservation for our group at 6:30. Upon our arrival (exactly at 6:30) we were told they had given our table to another party. We were given the options to do the “a la carte” dining or wait for another table to finish which the hostess estimated to be about an hour. We made the reservation for the revolving sushi with that in mind. Eventually, after discussion she sat us on the other side of the revolving sushi bar stating most of it would just be gone by the time it got to us. While there was a variety of sushi, it was mainly different variations of a California roll and was the quality of grocery store sushi. At the end of the meal, they recommend of tip of 18-22% even though all service is provided by a robotic cart system. Will not be returning.

    It was a surprise for my husband’s pre-birthday. He loved it. I wish they’d have more of them closer to where we are in San Diego on our boat quite a drive, but really fun and great food.

    The menu selection and quality felt remarkably worse than my last visit about two years ago. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable about their own menu or systems. Waited 40 minutes for our drinks to come out.

    We had a reservation for Friday. They texted and confirmed. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. Online says they are closed on Fridays. They should change their open times on OpenTable. Very disappointed.

    Made reservations in January for Valentine's Day and got canceled on the evening of February 13 saying the restaurant had to close. Attempted to contact via reservation service and via DM on social media to confirm the closure. Reservation system was still accepting reservations for Valentine's Day even after I got the alert and no response from social media for a week. Maybe it was a reservation system error on OpenTable, but I tried to call to confirm and no answer on the phone either.

    I love that it was all you can eat, but it was mainly on basic dishes. As well the food wasn't coming quick enough. I was waiting at least 6-7 minutes for new dishes or my actual order I had asked for on the display. The serves were awsome nevthless since I had ordered wasbi and lemon I had to ask the serves to bring them in which they did when promp. But like I said if I asked for it on the display I shouldn't have to ask for my order again.

    Not one piece of sushi revoled....a revolving sushi bar with no revolving sushi? Wish I would have gone somewhere else.

    Almost no new sushi on the conveyor belt. People were putting their dirty plates back on the conveyor belt. Very unsanitary.

    The only thing that could have made it better was that we waited an awhile for some dishes put on the iPad. 2 apps didn’t come until we requested a server. We were apart from the busy section and seems like we got forgotten about. Otherwise fun experience and will definitely give it another visit

    Staff is attentive and friendly. Food was fine but there was little variety. We saw the same sushi pass on the conveyor belt over and over. I have been to other AYCE and this one had the least variety.

    Great service from staff. Staff was very fast to bring out additional food orders, fill up water, and talked to many of the patrons who were dining in the restaurant.

    I have been here several times. My kid loves the conveyor belt concept. The first time we went it was great. Food was good, plenty of plates on the belt and the little direct train to bring food worked cool too. However, every time we have come since, there’s always some excuse as to why our reserved table isn’t ready yet, or why there’s no food on the conveyor or why it takes so long to get anything there. They have four sections in this restaurant and they constantly only have one part open. And there was hardly anything on the belt last night. We had to order most food from the iPad and wait for the one poor girl to rush around and deliver it. At one point we ordered fruit for dessert from the iPad and waited for over 15 minutes before we called the waitress and then was informed they were out of fruit. I’m over it. We won’t be coming here again.

    The place was pretty and everything looked great. The belts and tables had great seats. However, I believed we just came at the wrong time. There was no sushi on the belt to pass, when we ordered with the iPad the food came out fairly quickly but then it was two hours of waiting for anything. I believe they are just understaffed and not enough servers to help when it got very busy and crowded. But we were helped at the end by a server and were able to help us and that was greatly appreciated. Overall food was fantastic when it came out and I sure the staff were all wonderful they just need more support.

    Fun, unique, and tasty. Definitely choose the “all you can eat” option. $35 for adults and $15 for kids. A good selection of high quality nigiri and rolls.

    Food selection was horrible. We went in for the AYCE for $30 but the selection was the same 3-4 items and everything we could order on the menu was extra charge. 0 Vegetarian options even though they said they would make them add those on yet the never came. We couldn't even order them via the tablet.

    Had a rsvp. Came in and got our seat right away. Our hostess was nice and that the restaurant wasn’t crazy. Would definitely come here again and we’ll let all our friends now.

    So it’s about what you would expect for all you can eat sushi. I was there for lunch so it was un-crowded. The selection was not remarkable but it hit all the right notes. They have a kitty robot to bring your hot items.
