Had the most fabulous Seabass and lobster soup. Amazing Wine selection. Dale, my server was top-notch and he even let me try a sample of their lemon artichoke soup as well as the lobster bisque soup. Excellent service excellent ambience and food was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend Midtown Cafe on your next visit to Nashville.

First time eating here. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who directed us to the bar seating area because we were early. Enjoyed a drink while we waited. We were taken to our table right on time. The waitstaff were friendly, the food was delicious and we were even enticed to get a piece of the almond cake dessert to go. The valet parking was nice seeing as how parking is not overly abundant in this area. We will be back

We went to Midtown Cafe for Mothers Day brunch, it was our first time. The place was packed, as to be expected on Mom's Day, and the restaurant is small, but it never felt crowded.. it was spaced out nicely. Menu is extensive for a Sunday brunch, there is something for everyone. Overall the food was good, we all enjoyed our meals and pricies are very reasonable for what you get... you will leave full! Would we go back, yes we would, but there are soooo many other options in Nashville to try first. By the way, our server was great; very friendly, helpful with describing the dishes on the menu, and efficient. Thank you!

There was a wreck on interstate 40 we called saying we would be late. The hostess, was fantastic. She said I have your table ready and she moved it up. 15 minutes. Service was impeccable. Food was the best we’ve had. We have eaten there before, but it’s been a while. Wish we had not waited so long thanks again Midtown staff y’all are the greatest. Thanks to you. My wife had a great Mother’s Day.

From the initial bar order to the final desert order., Midtown is the place to dine. Service was timely & professional with menu items accurately described and recommended. Food quantity & quality are superior. Old school meets new school!!

Booked a reservation for an early Mother’s Day Brunch. The service was excellent from the moment we pulled up to the valet stand. The hostess greeted us and immediately showed us to our table. Our server was attentive and answered our questions about the menu. The food came out very quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend!

There are so many new places in Nashville but Midtown never disappoints. Plus they still have the delicious Sunset Ceasar which I loved at Sunset Grill and am so thankful it was included on Midtown's menu. My colleagues and I sampled the brunch so I had a very delicious Midtown benedict (and of course the salad!) & my friends had a spinach omelet and the Rueben sandwich that was so large, they each took home half their order. And oh my, the coconut cake is incredible - moist and delicious with a creamy, not overwhelming icing. Always a treat! Service was terrific, attentive and very friendly.

The food and service was fantastic. Unfortunately, due to us having made the reservation through OpenTable, they were over booked and had to sit us at the bar. They did offer us a free appetizer, but the crowds around the bar waiting for their tables really took away from the nice dinner experience we were looking for.

Cute place for lunch with parking! I had the Thai chicken salad, dressing and vegetables were tasty but the chicken was a little dry. The biscuits are delicious! Service and valet are great!

Every time I go there the food is consistently amazing. The chef made simple code a work of art. After I consumed it, thought I should have taken a pic first. Next time I will ask to add capers - cod picatta!!! 😉

The Nashville hot chicken and biscuits were yummy. The flavor and the heat were just right. I also tried grits for the first time and it tasted like rice cooked in bacon fat. Yummmm. Overall, a great experience.

This has Ben our go to restaurant for celebration meals for years. We went there for my Birthday dinner on Friday evening at 7:15. The food, service, and ambiance NEVER DISAPPOINT!! Carol, our server was PHENOMENAL! The salads were cold and crisp. We had Chicken Scaloppine, the Ribeye, and the Chicken in Puffed Pastry, all were cooked to perfection! The wine and cocktails were delicious! We were treated to a decadent Molten Chocolate Cake for my birthday! Cannot compliment Randy Rayburn and his INCREDIBLE TEAM , enough!!! THANK YOU FOR ONCE AGAIN MAKING OUR CELEBRATION DINNER MEMORABLE!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Get the trout; it’s delicious! Save room for the strawberry cake. The very helpful staff told us about the shuttle to the Schermerhorn; we avoided having to wait so long to exit the parking garage after the symphony. Eat at Midtown Cafe and take the shuttle to the event. It’s painless.

Die Qualität und die Auswahl sind toll. Ich komme gerne wieder. Ich hatte einen Geschäftstermin mit Frühstück, für den Geschäftstermin war es etwas laut, aber wir haben einfach zuerst gefrühstückt und als weniger Gäste da waren konnten wir uns auch besprechen da der Lärmpegel dann etwas gegen war. Aber generell ein sehr gelungenes Restaurant das von aussen weniger ausstrahlt als von Innen.

We had a wonderful lunch at Mid-Town. My friend had the Florentine omelet which she said was delicious. I enjoyed my lobster bisque and salad very much. We've been before and will return. Good value too.

The food was great, as always. We had pancakes, bacon, biscuits, cheese eggs, sausage, potatoes and grits. Everything was delicious. We were seated immediately even though we were 15 minutes early to our reservation. The good came out very quickly. One thing I noticed and loved is that they changed the table cloths after each table left! Makes me feel there care about germs and safety. Love it and I will be back!

Our go-to restaurant when in Nashville. This visit we had our 9 month grandson in our party, and the staff went well-beyond expectations to accommodate us for an early dinner. (They even set up a table in the women’s restroom with a clean table cloth for my daughter to use as a changing table!). Our server was exceptional…truly a seasoned professional who also made us feel so comfortable even with a baby in tow! Our meals were pure perfection…we each ordered different entrees and we couldn’t have been more pleased. So delicious, generous portions and such a good value. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, no other Nashville restaurant has even come close. We will always return!
