MIDA is a South End neighborhood restaurant, inspired by the simplicity of classic Italian dishes . Our menu focuses on many regions of traditional Italian food and culture, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Dinner is served Monday - Thursday, and Sundays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

Patio reservations are available on a same day first come basis only. Please call the restaurant to secure patio seating. Patio availability is dependent on weather. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Went to the South End location. Food was amazing…went with family for late Mother’s Day meal. Service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Not a great experience with the food. Burnt bacon, overcooked biscuits, burnt potatoes. Yet the Rabbit Rabbit was delicious.

Duck wings were delicious. I could have eaten 10. The short ribs lasagna was also delicious. Actually, everything was divine including drinks. Everything hit. Such a cute spot.

Service was incredibly slow! Food was fine, but it took over an hour to get served. By the time the food came, we needed to move on from the meal pretty quickly.

The restaurant was packed on Mother’s Day, but the staff was impeccable. They kept pace with the orders and were courteous the whole time. I was very impressed and will be back for brunch again!

This was my second time at MIDA and it was just as good as the first. Everything was delicious and the staff was efficient and friendly from the moment I arrived.

Just OK. Nothing special. We won’t be going back. Best part of dinner was the bread and for some unknown reason the waiter took it away during dinner. Very strange. Skip this place, you can do better.

Went to MIDA is the South End on a Wednesday evening. We had a reservation but decided to sit at the bar when we saw availability. Phil was our bartender and provided warm and efficient service. He made delicious martinis and gimlets; attentive to our needs and provided great recommendations. The Antipasti Board and Tiramisu were superb. We’ll be back!

Amazing food, great cocktails, fun atmosphere that feels intimate but somehow not crowded. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, able to recommend good wine. We'd go again in a heartbeat!

First timer but won’t be my last. Ambiance was cool. This particular Sunday was quiet…just a few patrons. Small but super cute. Service was great. Very attentive and polite. The menu selection was a little limited but we made do. Not your typical brunch but still had the big players like pancakes and a breakfast that consisted of eggs, pancake and home fries. When the plates came out we were a bit surprised at the amount of food but it was the “perfect” amount. We left satisfied.

If you're looking for delicious Italian food, this is the spot! The salads, pastas, desserts, and cocktails are so so so good! It's one of my favorite spots in Boston! You won't be disappointed!

The food was good. But they made us wait 30 mins when we had reservations. The restaurant isn’t big, so we were crammed with a bunch of other people at the front of the restaurant, where they have no reception area.

It was our first time eating at Mida. It’s a lively and cozy Italian bistro. The food was delicious. The server was polite and knowledgeable. She made very good suggestions. We will definitely eat at Mida or one of its sister restaurants in the future.

We had an absolutely phenomenal time at MIDA!! The Caesar salad, the spacatelli al pesto, and the tiramisu were particularly incredible, and the whole team was so kind and welcoming! Absolutely the best place for date night and to celebrate my birthday 🥳

I always love MIDA. The food is terrific and you can actually talk during a meal. We were a group of four and managed to share several main meals and sides. They were all excellent and the restaurant provided an extra dish because they were out of something we ordered, which was appreciated service. This is one of my go-to restaurants for a really great dinner with an unpretentious vibe.

We showed up on time for our reservation but how table was 20 min late. Greeting was unpleasant and no apologies for delay. The waiter was very pleasant and service oriented even though we only got the wine half way through the aperizers. A couple of wines we wanted to order from the wine list were not available anymore, so clearly the wine list needs to be updated to reflect what is available. The food was disappointing. Everything was way too spicy to taste anything. The music was also way too loud and unpleasant.
