MIDA is an inspired neighborhood Italian restaurant by award winning Chef, Douglass Williams. Our menu focuses on many regions of traditional Italian food and culture, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. We are all about supremely delicious food and warm hospitality.

Dinner is served Monday - Sundays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM -4:00 PM.

Reservations for indoor dining can be made in advance online. Patio reservations are now available for booking online or over the phone. Walk-ins are always welcome. Parties larger than six should call the restaurant directly to book a table.

Overall decent food. Great fresh pasta. Menu for brunch very few options. Service honestly bad. Slow service. Unclear who our waiter was, sort of free for all. Has to ask for basic stuff a waiter should be proactive with. Ends up our waiter was the bartender ! Our tables was no way near the bar, go figure. Better service would be key for me to want to come back. Also brunch menu needs to change. Been here for at least 3-4 times over a few years, always brunch, and always same menu.

Food was ok. The Biscuits were very very good. The rest was ok (not exceptional). The service instead was great. From the welcome to the waiting. Very caring and timely.

Mussels were great and very savory/spicy. The Caesar salad was tasteless. We asked for additional dressing since the salad was underdressed. Additional dressing just made it wetter but no better. We noted that they charge extra for the anchovies! How does a restaurant make a Caesar without anchovies? If you don’t like anchovies don’t order a Caesar!!! Sausage pizza was quite good!! Drinks and wines were great.

Service was great and the restaurant is lovely. The food was a mixed bag with my lasagna being unusual but really good but my wife’s gnocchi was drenched in olive oil as was the foccoia. Regardless it’s worth a visit.

Our group enjoyed lunch at Mida in Newton. All in all it’s a great afternoon fellowships at restaurant I would highly recommend it.

Very mediocre food at best for overpriced menu items. Much too noisy to even hear your table mates. Several screw ups on orders. Not a happy experience. Will not return.

We had the most amazing experience at Mida. Ethan our waiter was outstanding! We cannot recommend Mida enough. Delicious food and unbelievable service!
