Food was ok but far from authentic Mexican. The drinks were the saving grace. We had the Salmon, Esquites and Flan for desert and very unimpressed.

Great food! Really enjoyed @saxxdoc music! Just need wait staff to be more on top of refreshing drinks etc.

This is a prime case of trying too hard. Some examples - the Caesar salad was swimming in dressing. It was basically inedible. The cocktails were expensive ($18-$22) and had no balance, mostly too sweet. We got the Llorona and Mole Old fashioned. The old fashioned tasted like syrup. Dinner - the $19 guacamole was a tiny maybe 1/2 cup serving. Same for the hamachi crudo; our friend was told it was a Main sized portion, more like 6 tiny bites. The Mole Filet was served doused in a not particularly tasty mole sauce. Best to avoid the sauce altogether.

The finish out is beautiful but the service and food don't stand up. The servers all seemed new and inexperienced. Very pleasant but not confident or timely. The food was such a disappointment! The shrimp ceviche was pretty decent but very pricey for the portion and dish overall Tomatoes and burrata were just basic Half catch of the day was a little mushy and the sides (plantains, plaintain puree and black beans were all room temp) Cabbage side was decent but nothing special. The sauce sounded great but wasn't fully developed. Perhaps the most disappointing item was the bone in ribeye. Under seasoned and room temp. We didn't wait long for food but it felt like most of the food was sitting before it was served. I wanted to like this new spot but it just fell short in too many ways.

Amazing food, service and drinks! Had the pork belly appetizer, whole fish, and aquachiles. Recommend 10/10!

The ceviche and mole steak were l really good but the stuff pepper was v bad and we had to drench in lemon and salsa to take away the bitterness. We asked staff for salsa a few times and that was kind of hard to get (it was also bland).

We had the most amazing dinner! Loved the Hamachi Tiradito, Ceviche and Lobster roll, really everything we ordered was outstanding. Can’t wait to be back and try the rest of the menu.

Great experience. Attentive and knowledgeable staff along with a creative menu. Food was delicious and server recommendations were spot on. Will definitely be back!
