Place is very nice, service was exceptional, prices in line, good wine options. Food was very close to being perfect. A little heavy hand with salt (ran into that once before at Metroopole) and a little light on the liver in the liver toast, but overall nice concepts and very good. Fix those minor things and it's easily 5 star.

Everything was fantastic from start to finish. My old fashioned cocktail was 10/10, the octopus app was 10/10, ribeye steak 10/10, and smoked chicken 10/10. We will be back. The service was also absolutely outstanding. Just go here. You won’t regret it.

After spending all day at the airport and having our flight cancelled, we showed up at the Metropole on a Sunday night at closing time and were welcomed with open arms and fed the most delicious meal. Salmon and crispy rice and charred octopus with grits - yum! The staff was kind and helpful with food and wine suggestions and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Definitely a restaurant to visit while in Cincinnati!

Best food I’ve had in the city in a very long time. Every drink and food item was prepared to perfection. I’m loving the new chef and the staff was exceptional as well! I’m looking forward to returning.

Had a great meal! Love the vibe and aesthetic and the variety of food choices. They have their basic cheeseburger and normal breakfast option but also some unique ones which I always appreciate. Our server was phenomenal too!

Metropole was delightful. They staff were accommodated the timeline to make our performance, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect for a night out. It was loud enough to feel comfortable having a conversation (I hate going to a restaurant and feeling like I need to whisper to my wife) but not so loud that it was uncomfortable. We will absolutely be attending in the future.
