The restaurant had a lot of parties, inside and out. I think their normal game was impacted. Long wait times for food, drink refills, etc. But in general, great spot and delicious food and cocktails!

Food was on point and hit the mark! Our server was great - very helpful, honest, and quick to bring food, chips, etc! He made the night for us. Glad to see overall improvements in the service. We sat inside because of the rain, and it was a bit noisy. Next time will hope for patio that we usually love.

Great food and service and outdoor venue was great on a beautiful day. My only gripe is that I wanted to use my $10 Opentable credit that was available at Mesero. I gave server my phone Opentable cc # and they kept saying it wouldn’t work. I was frustrated so we paid full amount. When I got home and called Opentable they said server tried to charge entire bill to Opentable even though cc showed $10 available. Mesero should train servers how to manage opentable reservation when cc credit is presented. I now lost $10 and 2000 points, which is the equivalent of 20 reservations.

We had reservations and were seated quickly and on the patio. It was Cinco de Mayo and a beautiful night. The restaurant was busy and festive. Had a great experience!

The server only visited our table 3 times in 2 hours. Never refilled our chips and only 1 water refill. Food is ok.

I love the food at Mesaro, but the service is ridiculously SLOW. I have taken 2 people for birthdays there in the last month and both times we waited over 30 minutes to have our order taken and that was the service standard set for the rest of the dinner. They are not short-staffed. There are servers just standing around talking. The food is really good, but we have voted that Mesaro is off of the dining out rotation. 😞

Service was mediocre. Arrived at 5:45 and stayed till 10. No one ever filled our water glass. In general, very little attention other than taking order and bringing food.

First time visit, surely would go back. Had the impression it would be a “fancy” restaurant—from the food and extensive drink menu, being on Open Table, and the valet parking. It was not, at least at 6pm on a rainy Saturday night. MANY tables had kids with them, including many with kids under two. Casual dress was the rule. Food was great, service was EXCELLENT, and the drinks were wonderful—had guacamole and queso, chicken enchilada with mole, bean soup, and a Woodford Reserve old fashioned…YUM! I can’t wait to go back on a nice night and sit outside overlooking the golf course.

Very nice place, great variety of cocktails and other beverages. Ideal scenery for a date night, business meeting or small birthday dinner. The food was delicious but not what we expected. None the less, we will be back for a quiet evening meal soon.

The food was great. Our server was new, so didn’t know answers to many of our questions. That’s fine, he went back to the kitchen and asked. It was so noisy, we couldn’t hear one another, which is really unacceptable, for us.

Last night was our first visit to this restaurant and we loved everything about it! The evening was perfect for sitting outside on their very large outdoor patio overlooking Prestonwood golf course. The food was delicious-I had the sautéed shrimp tacos and friends enjoyed the mole chicken enchiladas. The service was prompt and efficient, even though the restaurant was busy. I love that they accept reservations. What a find-we will return!

Ordered a special tequila. Normally, $30-40 a shot. Bill came. Same Tequila was $100. No joke. $100.

Lovely facility, nice ambience, attentive wait staff. However, my salad was very disappointing. I ordered a salad with arugula, golden and red beets and goat cheese. I envisioned a bed of arugula with roasted beets sprinkled with goat cheese. What I got was a huge mound of arugula, 3 slivers each of raw gold and red beets and a nickel size ball of goat cheese. Very disappointing.

Love going to Mesero, starting with the hostess, the service is top notch, cocktails are delicious, depending on what you get to order, my absolute fav is Brisket Tacos (or nachos). Love the windows and natural lighting, the patio overlooking beautiful golf course, wow.

Took a friend for her birthday dinner and had a wonderful time. Service was impeccable and food was delicious! Highly recommend.

Outstanding service in the main dining room. The waiter was attentive and made sure to quickly bring out any requests that we had. The queso with brisket was great and we loved the bacon with shrimp appetizer. Our go-to drink is the Santo which was served in a really cold glass. YAY! Thank you to the Managers for stopping by as well. JC, Nelsy and Erik run a great team at this location!

We always enjoy Mesero in Addison. Ask for a table in the side room to have a view of the patio and golf course. Everything is tasty, nicely plated and brings us back for more.

Excellent food and patio ambiance. I was disappointed by the service at Sunday brunch. It appeared to be well staffed but very few check ins or even drink refills.
