I've never had to complain that the service was TOO efficient, but it is here. We ordered drinks and food at the same time and they arrive at the same time. Didn't know we should have held off ordering food until we'd sipped on our drinks for a while. The food was good, the server very nice and professional, but next time we know not to order food so fast so we don't feel so rushed!

Mesero’s food is amazing!! The restaurant is a little brightly lit for my tastes, but it was BRUNCH!🤪The service from Gabby, the brunch cocktails, and again, the food, were all stellar and I’ll def go back AND recommend to others! Thank you

We arrived with our reservation and the table was set. The waiter took our orders for drinks and food. When the food was brought to table 2 orders were incorrect. We told the waiter, and he came back and asked once again what the order was. Never once an apology for his error. The service was downhill from there. When order was paid the items that were incorrect we added to ticket and ran on card, had to have manager cancel and run card again. Just such a disappointing service given for such a great place to eat.

All of our food was delicious. Our servers were good. Being a Saturday evening it was hopping busy and loud. We were seated in a booth so our table was quieter. Prices were average. We would go again.

Mesero is one of my favorite places. I normally frequent the Southlake & Inwood Village. Ft. Worth’s location is just as beautiful. The appetizers and drinks delicious! The appetizers were deliscious - bacon wrapped shrimp, & chicken quesadilla were delicious. I took friends that hadn’t been before and always hear me brag on it. We were all pretty pleased until the main course. I had one of my favorites, the Chairman. It braised pork with a delicious sauce, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Normally it is as wonderful as it sounds. It was fork tender and a good portion but the flavor at the Ft. Worth location was lacking! My other two locations have never had that problem over the years. Our waitress noticed I didn’t eat much of it after my friend pointed it out. I told her I needed a box so I could doctor it at home. Please work on the flavor profile because it’s too good of a dish not to get perfect. I still love Mesero, the Ft. Worth location just may be one I frequent less or try something different.

We eat at Mesero a lot. We enjoy the food. We have celiac (3 of us) and this is a place we can eat and stay safe. Today was graduation - which i understand is a busy day. However - our server was not at all attentive and we waited quite a long time for drinks. We then had to flag down another server to order. The waiter appeared to be new and frazzled - dropping off one item at a time so it took three or four trips to get two iced teas and appetizers queso. The other waiters noticed we needed refills and chips which was nice. It took him a total of 5 trips to our table to get to go boxes and checks. People arriving much later than us had eaten and left before we got our food. All in all an ok experience.

The papitas on all 4 of our dishes were severely undercooked/raw and there was a team member cleaning out a closet right next to our table during our entire meal, spraying an air duster.
