Celebrated my son's graduation from Illinois State in Normal. We had a great time and the food was wonderful. The roof top is a wonderful view of the town.

I had the salmon and although the flavor was great, it was a bit dry. Perhaps cooking at a higher temperature would sear it without drying. Great atmosphere and service.

The spinach lasagna was so good! And the service was great! We always go out here once when we’re in Normal for a weekend. And it’s always good.

We stumbled upon Medici on a quick overnite stay in Normal. The food was outstanding, make sure to try the apple and brie flatbread. They have an extensive beer selection for those so inclinded, I believe they told us 30 brews on tap. But the thing that truly made our evening was our server Maggie who was exceptional. When we were finished it felt like we had been invited over to her house for a lovely dinner. We would highly recommend Medici for anyone in Normal or passing through.
