Situated in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen in New York City, Medi Wine Bar & Restaurant is an inviting space offering a Pan-Mediterranean cuisine and a wide selection of wines from the region, all combined with unparalleled service. Defined throughout by a relaxed elegance, Medi features a cozy Dining Room across from our spacious Bar, a picturesque Wine Cellar, secluded outdoor Back Garden, and lively outdoor Sidewalk Cafe seating.

Medi's expansive menu includes small plates, such as Mezzes and Tapas, as well as main entrées, presented in simple but creative ways and complimented with some of the best wines that the Mediterranean has to offer.

Roasted cauliflower with hummus was delicious! Tempranillo meatballs as well and nice salad choices. Sat in the garden in the back which was very nice. Would eat here again for sure!

Waitress was attentive and offered plenty of suggestions on what was good. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. They have a good selection of wines and can recommend what pairs well with your meal. Really only 2 things that I didn’t like: 1. like all restaurants in NYC they’re pricey, and 2. they are doing split cash vs credit on the bill which is annoying. You’re already pricey, just cook the credit charges into the price and stop making me do math.

Our waiter was wonderful- thoughtful and attentive. The manager was not. I made a reservation for standard indoors (even had to put down a deposit). When we arrived we were told there was only room outside or in the wine cellar “which was noisy due to a party”. The garden is beautiful, but it was a cold evening and we did not want to sit outside. The theater pre- theater menu is a good deal, but be careful of hidden charges written in very small print on the bottom of menu.

great neighborhood restaurant on 9th avenue. Awesome food and service. worth the walk if you want a theater meal.

Excellent service and very good cuisine. However, I don’t think Hells Kitchen will support a neighborhood restaurant where it is difficult to spend less than $125 per person for 2.5 courses (shared desert) and one drink apiece.

FANTASTIC! Came here before a show on Broadway and it was undeniably the most amazing food! We had oysters as an appetizer, extremely fresh. The ricotta ravioli is a MUST! They have an amazing wine selection that the serve helped us navigate through. Could not recommend this place more!

Really enjoyed the menu options at Medi Wine Bar & Restaurant! The fish I had was delicious and my daughter's lemon pasta was amazing as well. The hummus platter was an excellent starter to our meal. Must also say the white wine we had from Crete was a great accompaniment to our food. The noise level was moderate for a Friday evening dinner. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wishes to experience a Mediterranean restaurant at its best!
