The top-notch service and interesting menu has kept this place in business for a long time, while many other restaurants/gastropubs have come and gone. This place is an essential Dallas Oak Lawn and Design District anchor, always worth a visit. Expert cocktail craftsmanship as well. Inviting atmosphere for groups, couples, and even single visitors.

I detest piling all the different brunch items into a single bowl on top of each other . I should have been warned and offered to have everything separate on a plate. GROSS .

Seated upon opening at 10am. Waitstaff must’ve had a rough night and took a while to get their bearings. Initially ordered coffee and milk punch. Coffee arrived room temp, and milk punch never arrived at all. Followed up with French press, only slightly better. Food was good — egg white frittata, rustic skillet, and sticky buns. We’ll give it another shot and hope the service and drinks are better next time.

Another fantastic experience at the Moth. Great set up for eclipse viewing in the beer garden. High quality lunch choices and an ever changing beer and wine menu. Our favorite place in town for dinner, brunch or just lunch at the bar. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

A lovely night~ My wife and I came for the Orin Swift wine dinner, and could not be more pleased. The wine presentation was engaging, and the food itself was spectacular. I loved the chef's passionate descriptions of her dishes, and they were all SO GOOD. She's clearly a master of her craft. Meddlesome Moth knocked it out of the park with this one.

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Moth. The hummus was great and so was the broccolini! We also really like the mashed peas served with our fish and chips.

Food was great! Service was fast. So fast, it felt a little like they wanted to rush us through our meal and experience. We sat at the bar after our meal and enjoyed our drinks. Was an overall good experience.

Definitely a foodie must do! The Pork Belly was omg! I don’t like marshmallows, but the toasted fluff underneath them was absolutely amazing. The charcuterie board was delicious. The honeycomb was out of this world highly recommend this place.

Our group of 6 enjoyed brunch today. Everyone enjoyed the experience and the food. The Mother and child reunion was my pick. The chicken was seasoned well, with nice crunch. The grits were cooked perfectly. More gravy would have been perfect, but I love gravy. We shared sticky buns after our entree. They were a good selection, not overly sweet. We sat inside, while the ambiance is nice, the noise level was a bit high to be able to hear each other in our group. Our server was attentive and friendly.

This was excellent choice for a Sunday brunch! We started with spicy bloody Mary’s, which were delicious along with a sticky bun appetizer. I thoroughly enjoyed the egg white frittata!! fresh and yummy, tasty, healthy! The only issue we had was that our food order was misplaced so getting our main meal was slow. That said we were celebrating a birthday and they offered a birthday dessert!

Server Kizzy was fantastic! She had a great personality and we had fun with her. She provided great recommendations. We liked the happy hour. Food choices were eclectic and fun. $19 glass of wine should have been fresh and unfortunately it was not but I didn’t want to be rude and send it back.

Meddlesome Moth was fantastic! Food, service, atmosphere were all on point. Will definitely be going again. We had the Brussels sprouts, the mushrooms, the risotto balls, collard greens/cornbread and the ribs - all so delicious and not over salted like you find happening at some restaurants. There were 2 of us. We shared everything and it was more than enough. Had a little left to take home. Had a birthday dessert, some wine and an Irish coffee as well - yum!!!

It’s my favorite brunch spot hands down. Best cocktails in Dallas. The service is on point, friendly and consistent. The food is delish. I have only amazing things to report!!

I yearned for this dish for an entire year, and "The Mother and Child Reunion" surpassed my expectations as one of the best brunch items. The blueberry French toast served as an appetizer was equally delightful. Until my next visit to Dallas, I'll fondly remember this place for its fantastic environment and friendly staff.

We were 8 minutes late & they made us wait over 15 minutes when there were several tables open. So, we went to the bar & it took 15 minutes to order 2 glasses of wine & have them delivered to us. The hostesses were snotty to say the least Service was ok, friendly but nothing special. Had to flag her down for ketchup & silverware & the check. Ambiance was cool & the burger was good, but I'd say for the blah service & hostess attitude, no thanks.

Always delish! Came back for the special lobster rangoon. But this place is the best kept secret in Dallas

We went for the brunch. We had reservations for 10, as soon as they opened. Service was as to be expected, but my wife’s grits were cold. That makes no sense as the first customers there. We ordered the 2 most popular items on the menu (chicken bisquit and the Mother & Child reunion). It seems that had items preplated, which would explain the cold food. That is a process problem.

Went here for brunch. This place knows how to make biscuits and gravy. I got the skillet with biscuit, bacon, sausage gravy, hash browns and 2 eggs on top. Best comfort food I’ve had in Dallas. Carafe on mimosas too. Great service. A must visit!
