Had a reservation for 8:30. Wasn’t seated till almost 9:30. Manager and staff gave several different reasons as to why. But our sever was fantastic and the food was delicious.

Outrageously overpriced and mediocre food. People here are much more concerned about looking cool than enjoying a stellar meal. My ribeye was flavorless and the seafood tower I ordered at “market price” was over $600 for four people. Extremely loud and not at all conducive to a romantic dinner or even business dinner…we won’t be back.

I love the Meat Market. Each time I come it’s a very pleasant experience. The foods is always great and I definitely recommend both the steaks and the seafood. The seafood is freshly caught and brought in daily. The cocktails are amazing! I always have a hard time choosing. Same goes for desserts! I’ve tried a variety and they’re delicious. The service is fantastic! Last but not the least I was extremely pleased to find out that they do NOT use any seed oils whatsoever in the restaurant! That just puts the Meat Market at a whole new level of excellence.

This is an excellent spot for an evening with friends or a date night. The food always excels at exceeding my expectations every time. While this gem is a little on the pricier side I'd reserve it for special occasions or that rare place to take an out of town guest.

We had an exceptional time here. Everything from starters to desert was excellent. The service may been the best I've ever experienced in any type of restaurant.

The tables are too close together and the layout on the edge of the room is akward. I was sat very close to a man who loved lecture his family about "how hard it was to start a business". Not a very intimate relaxing experience. Service and food were quite good but prices were high.

My son didn’t love his steak. My filet mignon was good and so were the sides! Nothing spectacular but good. Thought it was going to be phenomenal but it wasn’t. Ambiance was nice and the weather and company was perfect

If you want to pull up in your rented Lambo on a Friday night to stunt, and compete on who can spend the most on their steak and take insta pics then this is the place for you. Very expensive, very loud, very flashy, with not bad service but it certainly doesn’t match up. It seems like it became the hot spot and stopped being run well. I was waiting on the only stall in the men’s room for 10 minutes while the person who was in there was standing at the sink (doing who knows what), then when the person finally comes out it ended up being a manager. Safe to say I probably won’t be back.

Gabe was very knowledgeable when it came to the menu. Very good recommendations from the drinks to the food. I would recommend the Meat Market Steak, the lobster mac n cheese, the brussel sprouts, and last but not the least the I Love Honey cocktail. Will be back!

We were a party of 6 on a Saturday night. Were seated outside and initially had sun in our eyes but when we requested they immediately dropped the shades. Ordered artichokes and Wagu dumplings and they were both a hit. Entrees were steaks, meatloaf and Imperial Roll with multiple sides. Everyone was sharing what they had since it was so good. Service was spot on. Overall it was a very nice evening.

Great open air seating although covered so it’s not direct sun for lunch dining. Service was at the ready and super knowledgeable. Lunches we delicious and beautifully presented. Expensive but worth it!

Nice girls lunch with friends. Brunch menu had something for everyone. We were happy to see the hostesses in a new uniform versus the skimpy outfits that they wore previously. Classy improvement.

This place is overhyped. The food was nothing to write home about, expect to pay on the higher side. Drinks were also meh. The main dining room was very, very loud, kind of felt like when you’re in club and you got to talk louder to get your friend to hear what you’re saying. I would suggest to sit outside instead. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever eaten, but I certainly wouldn’t come here again.

The salmon was excellent! My husband and our friend had the A5 Japanese waygu filet and it was outstanding! We had the mashed and creamed spinach as sides. Both were excellent! Our friend also ordered the broccolini, but was unimpressed with it. Our friend and I split the cinnamon roll and we both agreed it was fabulous. I will say it was a little noisy for the few people that were inside, but it was open air to the patio tables. The service was outstanding! Abby and Mason did a great job taking care of our table and making suggestions for food.

Holly and the gentleman that served us were wonderful. They were delightful & thorough in every Way. The atmosphere is lovely and the open air porch area is very nice. Food was delicious. Wagu tartar & crab cake to start, then ribeye and tuna special with truffle corn were all just perfect.

Excellent, as always! Meat Market is one of my favorite dining spots in all of Tampa. My son and I both had steak, potatoes, cream corn and a couple glasses of Pinot Noir. Of course, dessert as well :) Fabulous!

I am Tampa born and raised so I’ve been to plenty of fine dining restaurants around Tampa over the years and Meat Market is in the top five best spots in Tampa for me! The food is consistently delicious and the service has been amazing every time. Last night in particular, our waitress Morgan was incredible as well as the back waiter (I’m SO sorry, I forgot his name!) was outstanding and attentive. A great duo indeed and their hard work did not go unnoticed! If you like good food/good service with ambiance- you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely one of the best of a kind dining experience!! We enjoyed our delicious entrees tremendously! Our handcrafted cocktails made just perfect and our dessert was scrumptious!! Beautifully dressed patrons, great music and fabulous ambiance!!

Great place to eat, definitely on the higher priced end of things but all the food was delicious (the cheese ball thing was a bit salty, but other wise all was good). Waiter was fantastic, definitely busy by 6 pm so park early. 10/10 would recommend

We found this place by chance and I’m so happy we stopped. The food was excellent and the service was above anything I had experienced in a long time. Our waiters were incredibly attentive, not only with the service they provided, but with special dietary accommodations and suggestions. This will most definitely be a stable in our stops in Tampa .
