It was amazing to be able to choose anything on the menu!!!! Being gluten free is challenging when eating out. My family who are were happy with their food which is a win win.

Food was amazing from the entree to dessert. Kids pizza was great too. The only dissapointment was trying to get waitstaffs attention to order another drink.

Had a wonderful dining experience. The range of GF options was great for the whole family coeliac and non coeliac. We ate the pizza, beef cheeks, chips and steak. All delicious. Sadly they ran out of brownies or we would have had some of those. Great atmosphere. Only suggestion is to reduce time between getting menus and someone taking the order. Very grateful for being able to eat anything on the menu

Busy Mother's Day Lunch Meantime was extremely busy for Mother's Day Lunch, however the service was exemplary! Our drinks, starters and mains all arrived in a timely fashion and the young staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food as always was exceptional, beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. When your table stops in-depth conversation so each person can rave about their food (insert nom nom nom noises) - you know you've picked a winner! Meantime is also cocktail haven - so GOOD!

Food was delicious - even the non-GF eaters said so. Would go back for food and for chance of redemption with their service, which stank. Sadly one meal had shards of plastic in it & when we notified waiter, they just asked whether we’d got it all out… no offer to re-make meal & we were charged full price for it (even though it went uneaten). Then same waiter spilt entire cocktail over one of us, plus table and lounge. They apologised & walked away… no one brought us napkins or anything to clean up. We ended up leaving early as guest was so uncomfortable being drenched and sticky. When we paid, front waitress asked how it was - we told her about the incidences and she just said “Oh that’s unfortunate. Here’s your bill (over $400).” There was zero recompense or acknowledgment of the poor service. Not even asked if we wanted to speak to manager, which we would’ve. Accidents do happen, yes. But clearly lack training in dealing with instances/conflict.

I visited for an anniversary meal on Wednesday 8/5/24 at lunch time 12.30pm. It was quiet with us being the only customers for a short period of time. The young fellow providing the service was exceptional and very attentive. Cocktails were enjoyable and an absolute pleasure to consume. There was plenty of choice for the Gluten Free meals on offer. Compliments to the Chef. What more can I say, the visit to Meantime was exceptional.

Waitress advised the 2 of us (ladies) that we’d probably need 2 starters each and a main to share. We couldn’t even get through the 2 starters! Perhaps if you had 2 large men this might be the advice for them. The pork belly was good, but it was only just warm. The popcorn halloumi was too salty, and both of us were thirsty all night. The tables have been crammed in together in the front centre, which is disappointing.

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious but quite overpriced. The atmosphere was a bit boring with very quiet music and the staff were a little slow on serving us.

We visited for dinner as a group of 8 as one of our group is a coeliac and the menu totally catered for her. On arrival, the venue was around half full but despite booking ahead our table wasn't ready and we were seated at a table for 6 with a staff member adding chairs and settings. Not a great start. While the food was mostly enjoyable (avoid the pizzas unless you like cardboard bases) the service was awful. Drinks took forever to come to our table and when we wanted to order additional items, it took a while to find and literally stop a staff member at our table. If the service was better, we would have stayed and had cocktails and spent more $$ but we ate and quickly left for another venue. Highlights were the ravioli and the pasta which tasted really good despite being gluten free.

I had dinner with 2 friends at Meantime last night. The meals were lovely. The chicken wings starter was superb, and the ribs were delicious. It's so liberating to be able to order anything from the menu and know its safe. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Food was good as usual. Though we were charged $12 for still water. Usually when we ask for still water they bring us a jug that is for free, this is the first time we had been charged.

We had a lovely meal at Meantime (plus delicious cocktails). We arrived a bit earlier than our booking and were seated straight away. As we didn’t order food quickly, in the rush of the night, I think we were forgotten about a little but once we ordered, the food came quickly and it was delicious. I’d definitely return!

So great to know I can eat gluten free without worrying about cross contamination. The food was delicious. My only thing was the starters and mains all coming out at the same time. I would prefer a break in between.

We booked a booth for my wife's, 7 days prior. Despite the booking, we were put in the middle of the room with 2 lounges and a coffee table. Not a booth. We booked the booth because we have a young family and its easier to keep the kids inside the booth. The girl at reception knew this would not be okay - as she told us before we even saw out table that the restaurant was fully booked and she would not be able to move us. Why bother booking when people walking in off the street get better tables!

Booked last minute and the manager came up with an option for me. Great cocktails and food. Our waitress was excellent with service. Coming back again with friends. Highly recommend.

When you are a coeliac is so nice to just sit down and order off a menu where you don't have to question cooking, cross contamination and ingredients. Well done Meantime your food is exceptional and plentiful.

Absolutely love this place, been here a few time. Food is delicious and staff are incredible.its amazing to be able to eat out and not have to worry about getting sick. Bc this place is 100% gf!!!!

Meantime for lunch is great very relaxed atmosphere, although i would have liked to see 1 more staff member there it is too much to expect 1 person to do everything,but she did her best.

Can't recommend Meantime enough. It was so relaxing to not have to be concerned about what menu items did or didn't have gluten. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The food was faultless. Our entire experience was great. We will definitely be back!!

Coeliac gluten free heaven for me . My husband and friends who are not GF said the food was the freshest and most delicious that they had eaten for ages . Beware the portions are enormous. Best thing I ate was the panko prawns

Enjoyed our first visit to Meantime for a birthday celebration, was kindly offered cake to help celebrate the birthday, which we accepted. Unfortunately, while the non frozen parts of the cake were delicious, there was no mention from the wait staff of the additional cost or that the cake offered was $90, it was simply quietly added to the bill.

Great gluten free food. There are menu options you can't get gluten free elsewhere.

This is the best gluten free restaurant I've been to. In fact, the food is as delicious as any dish made the conventional, gluten-laden way. The entire venue is 100% free of gluten, so anyone with sensitivity, or allergy, issues have nothing to worry about! I couldn't be happier.

Meantime is the perfect place for any Coeliac diners. Great menu right the way from starters through to desserts. Large array of alcohol to suit everyone as well as the ability to make mock tails. We will definitely be back!

When being seated initially, I had booked a booth. As we sat I realised it was a little to low for us to eat from comfortably so gently requested if we could possibly have a table instead - felt the maitre'd was quite sharp and abrupt in response (stating we'd booked it so...), I apologised and said I had not ever been here before so didn't understand what a 'booth' comprised of and there weren't photos of the seating styles online to help with this choice. We were moved to a table but found this a negative start to the exp. The noise levels were fantastic, nice background noise, but not so much we couldn't hear each other talk - fantastic! Loved that my husband could order anything from menu without having to think about it (being Gluten Free). Found the arancini balls to be a little bland and could have done with some more cheese sauce in or under to provide more flavour - very fluffy though. The bruschetta was lovely, one extra piece of feta on top would have made it perfect. The vegetables were lovely, a little too much oil perhaps & the dessert and mocktail were both perfection. Service was polite from the gentleman that mainly looked after us, but with only three staff and about 8 tables of customers, I did think that the service was quite slow at times - once ordered, 25 minutes for three starters to come out, shared plates not provided until after food arrived, when we stated on ordering we'd like to share it all, etc. Will definitely go back in the hope that these small things improve, knowing that the overall experience was a positive.
