Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

Appetizer was great, my wife’s lasagna was burnt on the bottom and part of the top, my meal being the most expensive only had 4 clams the size of a nickel but overall my fish was good.

The food and service were perfect. Dishes were unique and interesting. We were seated on the porch which felt like no one had turned the heat on for most of our dinner and then the final course it became extremely warm.

The grain salad was sooooo delicious! Our server, Morgan, was attentive and offered great suggestions. We will definitely return when in PS!

Pagosa is so lucky to have this restaurant. Absolutely everything from the appetizers to the mains, the drinks. & dessert were well thought out and expertly crafted. We will return and will be recommending Meander to all our friends.
