Asked the manager who was walking by if the would take a picture of us and he rudely said no because he was too busy. I’ve never encountered that at a restaurant before. Ruined the experience.

The views and location are outstanding. The food...not so much. And they don't have enough servers so the ones they do have, although all very friendly and they try hard, are overwhelmed. Because of the server delays, food came out overcooked and with little flavor. My mimosa on Mothers Day was awful. How can you screw up a Mimosa??

Service and ambience were amazing my miso Seabass was delicious Frito mist. A5 Wagyu was yummy… lobster bisque, and sprouts were a little too salty for me ..

The waitress stole additional tips from everyone in my party of 10 who used cards for payments, even after specifically signing the receipt to add no tip. The service wasn’t great. 3 orders were incorrect. When I reached out about the over charges, the manager either wasn’t around or just not helpful at all. I will be making a police report for this restaurant.

Some of the best steaks we’ve had. Waitress was wonderful. The Brussel Sprouts were unique and delicious. The view was stunning. Bonus: walking distance to Ghirardelli.

As always the views outstanding annd a remodel has made easier better access to restrooms fyi! It is a bit over priced , understandably youre paying for the view however you want the food worth it as well. If you have shell fish allergies its very limited choices to choose from. My lunch portion was small and Im ot a big eater and because there was no salmon or halibut at reasonable prices my friend sadly ordered a chicken sandwich. Not even a simple tuna or crab salads or fish and chips on the menu that I recall. On the positive our server was outstanding and hostess welcomig. On return we think we will go to the outside restaurant on the right with same nicfe views and more affordability and better choices .

The entire experience was great. The food, drinks and service was outstanding from front of the house to the back of the house. It was a first date for us and it was amazing.

Simply put, incredible restaurant! We celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary and it was amazing. We started with Happy Hour in the bar. Best kept secret in SanFrancisco. Had jumbo shrimp over ice and it was delicious. Unbelievable! My wife had a cosmo and I had a non alcoholic drink that was crazy good. We then ventured downstairs for dinner and the table that they sat us at had a view of the bay second to none. I had scallops (wow) and my wife had cioppino which is the best in SanFrancisco. Two separate times the chef came by our table to inquire. That’s never happened before. Our waiter was top notch. Very informative and thorough! Great guy! To top off the evening and unable to eat dessert (so full) they packed it up and treated us to some delicious cheesecake. Incredible restaurant! Our new go to Restaurant! Thanks for the memories!

We enjoyed a good lunch this last Sunday afternoon. Food was mostly good. I started with the lobster bisque and my mother in law the clam chowder. They do a good job on these. For entrees my wife enjoyed the miso Chilean sea bass, and her mother and our niece each enjoyed an 8oz. lobster tail. I was a bit disappointed in my filet Mignon, for it was undercooked some from the requested medium rare. As well, the quality of the cut was not particularly great. We shared a side of the loaded potatoes. These were okay, but were remarkably bland even considering all the ingredients. Service was attentive and friendly. View was beautifully scenic from our front window table.

Very disappointing. The food was overcooked and overpriced, and the wine list was weak (especially the wines by the glass). I expected a much better experience for the money we were charged.

Our server was amazing, my girl Corey (I hoped I spelled that right) was so personable and really invested in our time here as tourists. She gave us some great tips on sights and where to park, etc. we will be going back and asking for her section!

Seated early next to window which was amazing- favorites was seafood tower and sea bass. Only feedback was for the price the food timing was off point with us received all our sides 10-15min prior to main course and some delay in receipt of bill

Food was great and of course the ambiance was perfect! I would definitely come back. However, the old guy who seated us on our table was kinda not welcoming I felt like he did not want to talk to us and I don’t know why. But the lady who served our table was great.

Window seating with view of the Bay; delicious appetizers and dinner. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Beautiful evening for dinner. Totally recommend McCormick and Kuleto’s!

Prime steak was cold and ver chewy. I understand sirloin is Chenier than filet, but eating prime sirloin at many other steakhouses it doesn't come out this chewy. Also, steak took a while to come out, which I don't mind, but it was not hot as it should have been. Service was great location and views were great also. Quiet place just don't order the prime 14 ounce sirloin.

Another delightful lunch at McCormick & Kuleto's! We enjoyed a magnificent view of the water, fine service and tasty oysters, lobster bisque and salmon BLT. This place is a gem to celebrate special occasions with friends and family.

We were seated in a back conference room? Away from all other tables it was not a nice area to sit all alone with 5 people? Our table said VIP? There were only 5 tables occupied in the main area and the hostess said the tables were reserved there were less occupied when we left. Not the experience we were looking for , food was great.

The food was amazing but the waiter was absolutely not available. He started out well and took about 40 minutes just to take our dinner order. He also never, ever, came back to check on us at all. Just felt like for what we were paying for should have required some attention. After all we are the customers. We were given our dinner and he never once checked in for water, beverage refills, and we even had to ask someone else for boxes and it tab. Service was absolutely horrible. It was our first time there and it came highly recommended and I really wish the service could have made our night but it just made me want to leave.

We went to celebrate a friends birthday, and had reservations. We were greeted and seated by the hostess as soon as we walked in which was great, but unfortunately after that everything progressively went downhill. The restaurant wasn’t busy by any means while we were there, in fact many tables were leaving as we arrived. It took forever for our waitress to come over and welcome us and get drink orders. When she took our orders that’s when she told us what they were out of, which would have been nicer to know when we asked our questions about the menu earlier. The food came and was just ok, the loaded mashed potatoes were cold and the steak was just ok not worth the $76. When we were finished we waited too long for the check. From what we noticed, we weren’t spending enough money in our waitress’ opinion to really be worth helping. Definitely not the service or food that we remembered.

Came for lunch to enjoy the fabulous bay view with out of town family. Hadn't been to M&K for years but remembered it as a good spot in Ghirardelli Square. The food was delicious, Shrimp Louie salads for the girls and salmon sandwiches for the boys. Service was attentive and pleasant. Great overall experience.

Bad experience. Sat down at my table and the girls were dirty… not a big deal. Then when are steaks came out one of them was completely rare. For the price definitely not worth it
