We went for our Anniversary dinner, our Waiter Mark waiter, he was great! We had the smoked bourbon drinks. The seared salmon was delicious! The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I took no pictures as phones were put away.. 😋

My wife and I stumbled on this place during a quick visit to Vegas and were amazed by the food and service...especially the large pork chop (with attached pork belly) that was smoked and seasoned to perfection. By far, the best pork chop we've ever had.

It was a bit loud -- we had trouble hearing our server. That aside.... * the server was utterly unaware of the weekend's specials. * the appetizer we got (lobster and shrimp dip) was delicious, but there was either way too much dip or nowhere near enough bread. You could probably get away with charging $5 less for it and giving half the amount of dip. * The restaurant was out of ingredients (at 6:30pm on Friday) for at least one of its cocktails. * My wife and I both ordered the same special -- the steak was cold, the potatoes were lukewarm at best, and the Cornish hen (when we cut into it the next day -- we brought home the leftovers) was bloody. This was as close as I've ever come to sending food back. * It's a bit weird for a BBQ place to not have sauces on the table, and also to not give out steak knives when the ordered entrees clearly require something more than a butter knife to cut them. * We were told that the special that we ordered included a chocolate jar cake. Even our server was confused that we were given a pineapple upside-down cake (which was quite good).

We had the salmon, short ribs, clam chowder and assorted sides, everything was fabulous, and our waiter and service team were attentive and very nice. I personally could not stop raving about the salmon!

Our waitstaff Gerardo was awesome. Pleasant and always checked in. The food was well prepared and presented nicely. My two sisters and I split the BBQ platter and my husband had a T bone. All delicious. Please note that gratuity was added to the bill (5 people).

First I would like to start with our server Richard he was very helpful on suggestions from the food and places to see. The BBQ combo meal was amazing it was enough for me and my wife to share at a great price. We will definitely going back with family. I did not get any alcohol drink being a non alcoholic drinker but they do have a good amount of choices.

We ordered the chop salad, pan seared salmon and baked potato. There weren’t many people in the restaurant so it was quiet. The food was good (not great) and the service was fine. The music was louder than I thought it should be but also there weren’t very many people there so that could have made the music seem louder than normal.

The moment we walked in to the restaurant, we were greeted by Tiffany, who was excellent. Her smile and radiant personality were the perfect start to our night at the Strat! We asked for recommendations on certain dishes from both Tiffany and Richard…They did NOT disappoint. Not only was the service exceptional, but the magic the chef put on the plates was incredible. Thank you for a wonderful night and experience.

The food is awesome and the portions were plentiful. I just feel that everything was a bit overpriced and the automatic application other gratuity amount is not a good thing.

We had the best waiter, Dean. A big shout out to how kind, friendly. Respectful and helpful he was. The food was amazing. Went back later for dessert cause so impressed. Again, Dean was the best waiter we have had anywhere at anyplace. He rocks! He deserves special recognition for sure. Ty Karman
