Maxine's magnificent interiors are inspired by the funky watering holes of Soho and the corner bistros of Europe. A curated menu by Executive Chef Bobby Milheron and Chef de Cuisine features elevated breakfast, brunch, lunchtime and dinner favorites that offer peak flavor and freshness. From morning favorites to later-day delights, discover what fits your fancy at the West End's premier neighborhood café and bar.

    First time here but was great. Our server was new but she was great. The staff were very nice and made my wife’s birthday a good time. Good was great and price is reasonable.

    We went at Happy Hour and were seated in a great booth. Excellent and attentive service, we had the crispy chicken and Moules Frites. Both white and red house wines were good. Really enjoyed it and will go again.

    We went for happy hour and only had drinks, so I can’t comment on the food. The ambience is very pleasant, the service was fast and professional. I would definitely go back for brunch and to try the food another time. One recommendation: they need more washrooms! It wasn’t busy when we went and even then I had to wait a long time to access the washrooms. They only have three single washrooms, and there was a long lineup and the kitchen staff were also using the same washrooms. Suggest to offer separate for staff and better facilities for customers.

    Love the bistro vibes, the special crunchy roasted potato side, and the in house bacon is delicious!!

    Sat at the bar with 2 friends. The food was as delicious as always and nice selection of wines by the bottle. We were disappointed the risotto was not on the menu but our choices of mussels and frites, sablefish and crispy chicken were excellent.

    Except for it being too loud for good conversation (we sat in the enclosed patio) it was great. A favorite spot for brunch!
