We LOVE brunch at Mattina's! We celebrated my Mother's birthday there. The food was great and service was excellent. Highly recommend!

They were a little heavy handed with the salt on everything. Aside from that, seasoning was great. Presentation was nice. The steak and fish were cooked perfectly. Their specialty cocktails were absolutely amazing. Had it not been for the lousy service, the overall experience would have been great. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation, there were 3 tables already seated. We stood at the reception desk and waited and waited and waited some more while the wait staff focused on anything other than customers. After finally getting seated, it took forever for our very inexperienced server to start taking orders. After getting our drinks and appetizers, she brought the check and was oblivious to the fact we had not been served our main dishes, when they finally arrived, the side dishes were wrong on one of them. Another long wait for that to be corrected. No offer of a desert. And with a completed service, no presentation of the bill. Once again I had to stand and wait at the reception desk to receive the check. Then wait again for the cashier to find a manager to make change because I had the audacity to pay cash. We may give them another chance someday, unless we find another restaurant that can do better.

Very nice and obviously popular with the locals. Had an excellent meal with great service. Both Veal Picatta & Rack of Lamb were done to perfection! Highly recommend!
