The jewel of Fashion Centre, our 12,000 square-foot refuge offers fuel for shopping, including a breezy terrace that overlooks the bustling streets of Pentagon City. Spanning two levels, with a mezzanine that accommodates up to 150 guests, there’s plenty of space for intimate dinners, large parties and get-togethers. Have a seat at the airy 8-seat pizza bar where bubbling, thin-crust pizzas make their debut, or wave to the people below from a private booth in the sky.     It’s a great spot for many occasions. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because our server took awhile to take our order, but other than that, he was polite andI’m glad that I chose it to reconnect with an old friend to celebrate her recent engagement.

    Great food! The crab avo tower was delicious and they subbed tortilla chips for the bread. Salads were great as well as the seared scallops. Our friends loved the grilled chicken and meatball pizza. Would love some more gluten free/ dairy free options.

    matchbox is a consistent go to when I want solid food and a wonderful ambiance. I particularly love the outdoor space in Arlington at the Pentagon City location. It’s great for taking in the buzz of the city. We went on a recent Saturday evening and were greeted and seated right away - I did have to remind our host of the outdoor seating request. The dragon fruit lemonade was a hit with my daughter and I loved the virgin dragon fruit mojito - so tasty and pretty and I loved there was no up charge since it was non alcoholic. I tried the pan seared scallops form the first time and they were delicious along with the pear side salad. My daughter got her favorite chicken fettuccini Alfredo and gave thumbs up per usual. We did have to wait a bit for our check and once we flagged down another server that issue was quickly resolved.

    Nothing wrong with it, just average. Convenient location. I’d go back for a simple meal done competently.

    So for the price your paying is very small portion and little over price the brunch should offer more like a set price bottomless monmosas they don't have that option not that best place for Brunch but the food was tasty
