Obviously short handed for waitresses but Rose was exceptional and kept everything at our table running smoothly!!

Match is our go-to prior to a Vees game (Vees Lager on tap! :) or a break from the attached casino. Fun pub vibe, various sports on multiple TV’s around the room, great food, friendly service. Fun comfortable place.

We came for dinner. We saw the waitress once when we ordered our food and drinks. The chef delivered the food. My sister asked the guy that delivered the food for butter for the corn bread and it never came. We needed more napkins and refills but we never saw the waitress until it was time to pay the bill. The plates were very hot but the food was only warm. We have come there lots and the service is never that great but last night the service was the worst ever.

Food was mediocre, didn’t compare to other match locations. Service was very lacking, all the staff looked completely lost, and wasn’t really busy. Would not return.

A terrible dining disaster! Place was under staffed. Server who originally took our wine order, suddenly had quite a few tables to look after. Several with 6 or 8 people. After signalling that we wanted to place our order for 20 minutes, we decided to try and get another server to take our order. We did and she was vey happy and we finally received our dinner, and we tipped her 20%. The staff shortage was definitely the fault of management. Sure workers phone in sick etc., but good managers always have a backup plan. To top off the terrible service, I went to the unisex washroom and there was NO TOILET PAPER! I mentioned this to a security person on the way out! Just a horrible experience!

I have been to this restaurant several times. Usually ordering is slow. Each time, when I order my drink, and also ask for a glass of water, the waitress each time has told me that they have no clean glasses and that I will have to wait. What is with that ? If a business needs more inventory such as water glasses please go purchase more. This is just silly sounding! Once our food is ordered, it takes a long time to get it. We sat at 5:15pm, ordered our drinks and food and didn’t start eating until 6 pm. Slow service.

The food we received was cold. And we had to wave down the server each time. She only came to her table once about three minutes after she put down her food and asked how it was. One set of our cutlery was dirty and needed to be replaced. We have eaten there before and have had good service and decent food, but that was not the case this time.
