The only think about me visits is you have small bottle of Diet Coke? Why ? He don’t fell up the glass? I need to order for my son 4 time ( and it’s come 20 minutes late all time !!! When my bil iss 400$ my expectation is to have Diet Coke with refill

Our experience was very good…we were celebrating our anniversary and the menu was custom with a happy anniversary on the top…and they gave us their signature cake for dessert! Beautiful place to celebrate!

The service was super. Our waiter Raymond went above and beyond his duty. The 22 oz ribeye that we had was cooked perfectly. The sides were delicious. I could not have asked for a better evening

My wife and I had a nice Date night dinner at Mastro's in Thousand Oaks last night. I booked the res late on Open Table, so we were seated in an overflow dining room behind the kitchen. That worked out perfectly as the main dining room was quite busy and loud and the overflow dining area was quite a bit quieter, so easier to hold a conversation. There was a nice fireplace that my wife quite enjoyed. Our waiter Michael was very attentive without being overbearing. He was a supreme pro and a pleasure to have take care of us during a fantastic meal. Worth noting was the Raspberry Lemon Drop my wife ordered. The presentation was amazing. The bartender had dropped a bit of dry ice in the glass, so when it was presented, it was bubbling slightly with a foggy mist coming off of the glass. Fantastic! The food was all spot on. I had the Japanese A5 Wagyu steak and it was prepared perfectly. It was melt in your mouth yummy! They have brought back their Scalloped Potatoes which were amazing, especially when paired with their Truffle butter sauteed mixed wild mushrooms that we ordered. My wife had a Shrimp Cocktail app and a house salad & French Onion soup for her entree. She reported that both were fabulous. We finished with a special version of their famous Butter cake that had a Strawberry twist with a Champagne souffle or meringue on top that was light, airy and delightful! It was an awesome meal!

As usual, a very enjoyable evening! Aaron, our server was over the top phenomenal… Highly recommend this top-of-the-line venue.

Went for Mother’s Day brunch with my wife and daughter. Spent about $400 in total. The buffet food was very basic. Dry eggs, bland sausage. The bacon was the best part. They offered sea food that was presented oddly spread out on a large table. The food was picked at and did not look appetizing. This is the second time I’ve been here where I’ve felt let down. It’s just not worth the hype and definitely not worth the price. I’ve had better food at a normal restaurant. I will not be returning to this establishment
