Great Service and our servers were very attentive and always offering alternatives. Because it was Mother's Day the staff was very much on point of making us very comfortable. Food was great and when you order a side dish its for everyone. I really liked it for our Valentine's Day and yesterday for Mother's Day was beautiful. My parents also will be looking to come back for the Branzino and Rib-eye. Thank you to our servers and staff whom were above exceptional.

Food was great! Service wasn’t terrible but also not the level of service you expect for a 500 dollar meal. For example, I finished my drink and our next course of food was served so that’s only reason I was able to order another drink. I would have preferred if once I finished my drink there wasn’t such long gap til my next drink.

Excellent meal! Excellent Service! Only con, if you are looking for a quiet place to eat, this is not your spot. Overall a great experience though.

Good was great. The service was subpar. Our water glasses were often empty and we had to ask multiple times for things not the experience I would expect from Mastros.

We hosted a dinner for nine, and I was surprised by how poorly Mastro's handled it. While the food was quite good, the service was terrible. Our waiter was incredibly slow; I don't think he even stopped by to say hello until we'd been seated for 20 minutes. We weren't able to order until we'd been seated for over an hour, and they were out of lots of items: Salmon? Out. 8 oz filet? Out. etc. Long after we ordered, another Mastros server came by to tell the person next to me that his Seabass was out, but they could bring salmon instead? I pointed out that our server told us there was no salmon. That turned out to be untrue, they had it. By the time we had finished our meals and the server asked if we wanted dessert, we had been seated for 2.5 hours, none of which was due to delays on our part; the service was just super slow. We had two people leave before the meal came to the table, as they simply ran out of time. Maybe it was an understaffed night, and I will say that the actual food was very good, but the service was bad. I wouldn't go back.

Service is impeccable, food is excellent, drinks are strong and tasty. I highly recommend getting a crab cake and Béarnaise sauce on top of your steak

Came to celebrate an anniversary, and it was such a great experience! The ambiance was perfect and the lighting in the dining area made it so romantic. The food was delicious and the dessert was out of this world. Definitely recommend!

Great birthday dinner. We had cocktails, appetizers, steak, and sides. Everything was excellent. Service was top-notch. And the pianist/singer added to the refined atomosphere.

Definitely above average food. Food was great and pricey. Only thing was that I requested for dessert to have something written and that was not done.

Serve was cordial but very slow even though we were there early and few people in the place. The music was way too loud, difficult to carry on a conversation. Food was good but nothing special for the price.

Certainly an above-average dining experience, but not exceptional, and for the price, I had higher expectations. The non-entrees were super tasty and fabulous, but the main entrees left a bit to be desired in terms of flavor and preparation. The atmosphere was nice and classy, the live singer was quite good and very much in the background for better and worse, and the service was really on point. I'm open to coming back especially if I'm not the one paying, but it wasn't an OMG-type dining experience for us.

Mastro's is good for a special occasion or celebration. The food is not farm to table -- it's more of a high quality steakhouse feel. The steaks are cooked well and sides are very good. This is not a cheap place but you can buy discounted Landry's gift cards which Mastro's accepts. These can be found online for resale.

When we arrived both hostess were very off putting and rude. I said hello and no one greeted me only the door man. When I tried to interact with them none of them had a smile and made it seem like they didn’t want to be there. Server was pleasant and nice but the food took almost an hour to arrive after ordering. We found ourselves also having to wait a long time for someone to check on us or having to wait 20-25 minutes before I could ask for a side of sauce for my food which by then I was almost done. Overall it was okay, not the best experience we had there which was pretty disappointing.

Service was really slow - our server was focused solely on the large table next to us. Which also happened to be the loudest table in the entire restaurant. Could barely hear ourselves speak.

Beautiful venue, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Even with live music, you could carry on a conversation at your table. Great place for celebrating.

Service was slow but we had 11ppl at our group. Food was ok. We all liked the sides more than the meat. Bone in rib-eye was salty. Got called twice about the attire policy but when we got there, ppl were wearing sports clothing, joggers and some reeked like maryjane.

The food was 10/10 but I’m disappointed in the table that was given to us for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner.. it was very loud being placed in the vicinity of the bar, we couldn’t even hear eachother or the waitress speaking & it felt like I was shoved into a random high top table for 4+ that needed to be filled at the last second despite us having reservations way ahead of time. All & all if I’m going to spend over $700 for a dinner for 2 I’d have appreciated seating to accommodate such.
