    Overall it’s a nice place, I would recommend you sit in the main dining room, near the bar is very loud due to the music and it takes away from the experience. Good service and I would consider coming again.

    Mastro's never disappoints! The service is always consistent and top-notch. Every time I visit, I'm greeted with friendly and attentive staff who make the dining experience truly exceptional. The food is absolutely delicious, with each dish prepared to perfection. Whether it's a special occasion or just a night out, Mastro's is my go-to spot for an unforgettable meal. Highly recommend!

    We spent my daughter's birthday everything was incredible the waitress the service the dinner the live music mastro’s is always a plus

    Such a disappointment. Took my son to celebrate his graduation and the highlight of his night was the bathroom attendant. Service was absolutely horrible. We waited 20 minutes before being greeted, another 15 for drinks. We sat with empty glasses, dirty dishes all night long. It was the worst service I've had anywhere in a long time and for $600+ for a party of 5, I certainly would expect more. Food was just ok. Two filets were raw and the ribeye was overcooked. Server was nowhere to be found. No Manager visited the table to ask how things were. It was so loud, with terrible lounge music in the bar area. I am so disappointed that we wasted our time and money and that this is the experience my son had when this was supposed to be a celebration of his accomplishments. Don't waste your time or money. There are so many better options.

    When I reserved my table I asked for a quiet area because I was celebrating my anniversary. I was sad to see they sat us in a noisy dark area. The room was so dark we couldn’t even read the menus. The food made up for everything and also our server Antony was very nice.

    My husband and I went in for dinner and we felt like we were just getting a up sale pitch on every dish.  I had read in another review that they charge for their bread and lo and behold There was a big basket coming to my table that I had not ordered. It seems like they just wanted to bring more food to up their tip. The staff that was supposed to clear the table they were too busy standing in the corner, talking about the new car or a car that they were going to buy and goofing off, I had a lot of plates on the table and it was hard. The table are small as it is. Would not have gone but got a gift certificate so we had to use it. The French onion soup was full of bread. however, the shrimp appetizer and our steak and salad were really good. Don’t understand why food has to be so expensive. I guess we’re just not that kind of people! would’ve loved to been at a Longhorn steakhouse instead.

    The service was ok, our server disappeared a lot during our meal. She did explain the specials very well, I had to ask again what they were and she got upset when we asked. When food was brought to table the male servers were great at clearing the table and getting items we needed in a timely manner. When we got dessert later, the female server made a comment about how many desserts we got. Then when we asked for the desserts to boxed up, she got annoyed when we asked for the ice cream to be boxed separate and not on top of the hot desserts. Her comment was, “yes they can box it up for you like that”. Not a big deal but just did not get our normal 5 star service we are used to. The food was ok, gnocci was a little cold. The porterhouse was overcooked and my last drink tasted like soap. Not a very good evening like I hoped.
